Es una casa muy bonita para ir con amigos o colegas del trabajo. Durante toda la estancia el servicio que nos dieron fue inmediato. Únicamente tuvimos un contratiempo con la luz un día pero nos ayudaron a levantar el reporte y a tratar de darnos soluciones ya que ibamos de trabajo. Está muy bien ubicado y la playa queda a 3 minutos caminando. La casa está dentro de una residencial con seguridad las 24 horas.

This place is extremely beautiful! There were a total of 6 of us there and we all had our own bathrooms which was great so plenty of space! I will say that there are some things that could use upgrading like the fixtures in the bathroom and maybe the kitchen too. Not too big of a deal though. When we walked in there was kind of a moldy smell so we had to open up all the windows to let some fresh air in. We booked our airport transportation and excursions through him which made everything so seamless. Concerns we had: We stayed for 4 days and had no hot water for 2.5 days. One of the toilets didnt flush, one of the sinks didnt work. All of which didnt get fixed until our last day. My sis found a roach in the bathroom downstairs but im sure that's not TOO abnormal considering the location. Overall, Jorge was extremely helpful, communicative, and accomodating with the issues we had. I would recommend. The location is perfect too! Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants.

Jorge y su primo Chistian siempre estuvieron al pendiente de todo pero en realidad no hubo mucho que pedirles pues todo estaba muy completo. volvería sin dudarlo.

An amazing 3 story place! With amazing amenities and very close to the beach. An attentive host, that responded to all my needs! Definitely recommend this place!

Jorge was great and very responsive! His team was always willing to lend a helping hand when we needed. The villa was pretty decent and the private beach was amazing.

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our large group. Everyone had their private room and space. AC kept the house cool and water was hot after they turned on then water heater. Entrance to ocean “playa ballenas” was right across the street. Pool was always clean and perfect for the days we just wanted to relax. We booked some our tours through the host which was convenient but had to rely on him giving me the information about times and schedules which at times was last minute or need to ask twice. Kitchen was nice but some cabinets and pans do need some updating, we made it work. Overall we enjoyed our stay and liked that we were able to take the bus to downtown, grocery stores or any other beach front area we wanted. Hosts were pleasant and helpful.

This location is wonderfully close to the hotel zone and anything you cannot walk to you can easily take the bus. I wouldn’t recommend a car unless you’re comfortable driving in Mexico or you need to leave the hotel zone. Jorge is very considerate and the location came equipped with several beach towels and chairs. The beach is right across the street. Location is bright. The only issue we found water pressure in some bathrooms and a couple of roaches we found. But it’s a tropical home so it wasn’t too concerning.
