Daniel and the concierge staff were very responsive and kind. They booked 3 excursions for me and my family and the excursions were awesome. We really enjoyed them! The house was clean and there were plenty of beds for my family of 4 plus our nanny so that was very nice. HOWEVER, I will say the house is located very close to the main highway and the bar named Trippin' Fauna. We heard the music of the bar inside the house as well as all the traffic and cars on the highway WITH white noise machines turned up loud until 2:30AM every single night. We eventually became so sleep deprived that my whole family (4 year old, 3 year old, husband, and myself) got sick. We ended up leaving 2 days early to stay at a hotel because we felt so bad and were all so tired. SO if you like to party and stay up late, this is the house for you. IF NOT, I would advise against staying here.

Our stay here was enjoyable. Daniel and Alexa were great hosts and were very responsive throughout the whole process. It was easy to locate the property, and the location is convenient to downtown and all other activities in La Fortuna. There is road noise from traffic and a bar right across the street that plays loud music, so it is noisier than we would’ve liked. But the private pool, individual bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, large outdoor area, and many other amenities are all positives that far outweigh the negatives at this location. Our family would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family of 5 with young kids really enjoyed this house. Loved the big pool and outdoor area. Super close to all the action in Fortuna and amazing view of the Volcano. Daniel was great with communication. Would stay here again!

Awesome place and set up, very close to La Fortuna’s main strip and Arenal. So many exciting activities nearby for kids and adults. Great outside set up with a beautiful pool. Only thing to be aware of is the sound of vehicles on the main road during the night but we had white noise machines so it was fine!

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La casa estaba muy limpia, bien cuidada y con todos los servicios necesarios para sentirnos cómodos. La ubicación es muy conveniente y segura, ideal para descansar y también para salir a conocer los alrededores. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara y rápida en todo momento, lo que nos hizo sentir tranquilos y bien atendidos. Sin duda disfrutamos mucho nuestra experiencia y recomendamos este lugar a futuros huéspedes. ¡Muchas gracias por todo, esperamos volver pronto!

Very cozy. Perfect for a group that looks for piece and wants to be near by the main La Fortuna’s activities. Extremely supportive host. Privileged Arenal’s view. The pool is also something else.
