The Space
Cosara Villa is a private retreat situated in the jungle overlooking the renowned Playa Hermosa in Uvita. It offers stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, year-round sunsets, and the iconic Whale's Tail Beach. The villa benefits from a constant ocean breeze that flows throughout the house.
This newly built villa features a large master bedroom that is as spacious as the combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. There are two additional bedrooms with king-size beds, and a fourth bedroom furnished with double queen-size bunk beds plus an extra king-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The house has world class views. You could sit on the back patio for hours and watch and listen to the wildlife. Monkeys, scarlet Macaws, Created Guans and many more.

Where to start with the Grande Casa... Jerome answered my questions about the listing within minutes of being asked at 5am local time. He was engaging and patient with the questions. Although listing indicates 3pm check-in, I asked if we could arrive early and he said sure and that there was a photographer scheduled for a shoot that morning and would check in with them. Within 10 minutes, he let us know we could arrive at 11:30am. When asked if we could drop our luggage off ahead of time, he was gracious and only asked what time we would arrive and that the luggage would be stored in the laundry room, since the rest of the house was being photographed. When we arrived at 10am, he was already outside waiting. He assisted with the luggage and went through the steps for getting into the house, security, etc. He showed us most of the house and said there would be more to see when we came back. And that there was! This is a true modern house, with a very well designed layout!

Fantastically accommodating. The house was beautiful and even better than the photos. From the comfort of the lovely swimming pool you can see the white tail beach. We enjoyed watching toucans and monkey right from the house. Jerome arranged for a local chef to make us two fabulous dinners. The bedrooms were really comfortable with great AC. Jerome responded IMMEDIATELY to any and all questions. We were struggling to switch out a propane tank with the full back up they had available and someone arrived within 10 minutes to help us out! Would absolutely stay at this house again. The outdoor living spaces were gorgeous and beautifully furnished. We love to cook ourselves too and the kitchen was really well appointed. Best view of sunsets too.

We had a wonderful couple of days in Jerome’s house. The setting is spectacular - stunning views and incredible wildlife to be spotted! The house is clean and pristine, beds were comfortable and the access road is paved which is perfect and unusual in this area! We look forward to visiting again!

Great unique place. Spectacular views and you feel like you are living in a national park.. howler monkeys and toucans all around. Jerome was extra helpful in working with us thru the blackout due to the storm. Location is ideal close to the national park, yet far away enough to enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica.
