My group of ten came for a Bachelorette trip and we all initially loved the villa. It had gorgeous views and was a lot bigger than what the photos showed. The size, pool, and views made our stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and abundant. The caretaker, Denys, lives on-site (not mentioned in the listing so it was a surprise to our group bc we did not want any men near the villa) but he was super nice and very helpful. The cons, unfortunately, outweighed the pros. There are ants all over the property including inside beds. They bit some of the guests through the night. There were AC issues throughout our stay. Dirty towels and sheets. Showerheads wouldn't spray water bc clogs. The property is managed by a 3rd party - customer service line had some live agents and some AI. You're never speaking with 1 person so you have to repeat yourself a few times. Some of my requests were not acknowledged (no men in the villa, issues with the villa, requests to check out late, pest control).

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! Denys, the house manager was so nice and courteous always ready to help! The host was very accomodating and very quick to answer. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 children and there was room for everyone! The kitchen was more than well equipped with even a waffle maker. We had the best Christmas ever!!!

We were a group of 10 and we had a GREAT stay here. Easy to find. Easy check in process. Beautiful property with a great layout. Amazing views. We saw whales from balcony. It’s bright. Clean and fully equipped. I would definitely stay here again

Our stay at this vacation property was nothing short of amazing. It a was a friends group of 6 ladies. We were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, creating a perfect blend of comfort and LUXURY. Heavy on the luxury. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions, yet providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully-equipped kitchen where we had a team of chefs preparing meals, to the cozy beds. The property manager was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided us with all the information we needed, and were always available to answer any questions. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. We had chef service, transportation, massages at the house, and excursions all booked by the host. Host went above and beyond.
