Punta Blanca is located within El Cielo Ocean View, perched on the highest point of the hill. Its unique position blends the surrounding jungle with the ocean horizon, providing a stunning natural backdrop for your stay.
The Space
The property features a spacious patio and terrace, a well-lit pool, and a green area illuminated to create a warm ambiance during starry nights. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, a generator, and hot water.
For guests staying seven days or longer, washer and dryer facilities are available. The family room includes a TV and internet access. Security is provided nightly by a guard.
For your convenience, a water bottle and toilet paper are supplied upon arrival.
Location and Access
We recommend using a 4x4 vehicle to reach the house, especially during the rainy season.
Additional Information
- Electricity is not included in the rental price and is charged at $0.50 per kWh.
- Average daily electricity consumption ranges between 15 and 30 kWh.
- Please turn off air conditioning and other appliances when not in use to help manage costs.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to sign an agreement acknowledging responsibility for any damage caused to the property.

Mes una hermosa casa con vistas lindas, piscina privada y tiene una sala TV en la parte de arriba muy c贸moda para pasar en familia. Recomiendo esta propiedad para familias !

Definitivamente recomendamos esta casa, es muy espacioso, muy limpia y moderna, tiene excelente vista y la pisina es muy comoda, limpia y la temperatura del agua muy agradable. We definitely recommend this house, it is very spacious, very clean and modern, it has an excellent view and the pool is very comfortable, clean and the water temperature is very pleasant.

The house is lovely, has plenty of space and the kitchen was great for cooking with an amazing view. Since this house is on the hillside, it stays cooler with doors open (added bonus!). Denise was very responsive to things we needed.
