The Space

Casa de Colorado is a roomy vacation home situated in the gated community of Reserva de Golf within Hacienda Pinilla. This single-story residence offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, surrounded by beautiful gardens, a private pool, and tranquil patios. It provides an ideal environment for families.

The neighborhood features a security gate with a guard. Across the street from the house, there is green space and a park, ensuring privacy without neighboring homes directly opposite.

In the backyard, you will find a private pool accompanied by a sun deck and lush gardens. Both the front and back of the house have patios and seating areas. At dawn and dusk, you might hear birds and monkeys, while hummingbirds often visit the front gardens during the morning. In the late afternoon, parakeets gather in a tree located at the back corner of the property.

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to the backyard and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has accommodated many meals of various sizes. An outdoor grill is also available.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, plus a locked outdoor storage room for boogie boards, surfboards, and other beach gear.

Location and Access

Beach Club access is available for $35 per person per day throughout 2024. Please note that the homeowners are not members of the Beach Club.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the entire house, including the gardens, front and back patios, and private pool. Pets are not allowed on the property.

Other Information

• Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on the booking dates.
• Guests can choose between self check-in or assistance from the property manager, who can also provide a tour of the home.
