- Loud music is not permitted; please respect quiet hours after 10 PM.
- No parties or events allowed.
- Only registered guests may enter the penthouse; no visitors allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited; the penthouse is a 100% smoke-free environment.
- Normal electricity consumption up to 50 kWh per day is included. The meter will be read upon arrival and departure.
- Extra electricity consumption is charged at 5.72 Mexican pesos per kWh, payable in cash at checkout.
- Please turn off air conditioning and lights when not in use or when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.
- For stays longer than 21 days, electricity is billed separately.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Early check-in and late check-out are available for $50 USD each, subject to availability.
- Please avoid stains on linens from bronzers, makeup, food, sauces, ink, etc. Any stains that cannot be removed will require reimbursement.
- Use of the community pool is not included; only the private pool is available.
- The penthouse operates independently from the condominium and does not grant access to communal spaces. Violations may result in fines from the condominium administration.
- The cleaning fee is a standard charge covering preparation and post-stay cleaning; it does not include cleaning services during your stay.
- Barbecues are not allowed on the rooftop palapa.
- A washing machine is available on the rooftop; there is no dryer. Clothes dry naturally using provided cords and hooks.
- A travel cot is available.
- No insurance is included.

Clean and Spacious Airbnb located very close to the beach. A group of 10 Guests and I stayed here for about a week and it was everything we needed. Sylvia was very responsive and was flexible with adding guests to our original booking.

Had a wonderful stay! The check in was seamless and the place was sparkling clean. The beach club passes were a lovely bonus. The location is perfect for folks who want to be close to the action and beach but still enjoy calmer quiet late hours. The building is very strict about the no noise after 10pm - as long as you’re indoors with windows closed it’s no issue. Our first night we were on the roof after 10 playing quiet music and talked and the security guy asked us to turn it off. It was no issue - we knew about sound curfew but I guess the sound carries more than we expected. Wonderful stay! Thank you for everything.

A hurricane hit the area right before we arrived so I think they did a good job of getting the property ready for us as best as possible before our arrival. Communication was easy and quick.

Sylvia, Gabriela y Marco se portaron muy atentos a todo lo que necesitabamos y/o preguntas y recomiendaciones que les pediamos, contestan muy rapido. El lugar esta en el ultimo piso y tienes elevador propio!! (super plus) La ubicacion esta perfecta, a una cuadra de la playa (solo tienes que rodear un edificio enfrente y llegas muy rapido (a pie). Algo que tambien me encanto es que tienen convenio con un beach club frente a la playa y ya esta abierto! Tienes "day passes" incluidos. Lo unico que me gustaria resaltar es que tienes un limite de electricidad para gastar por dia, les recomiendo que chequen cuanto es desde el princioio para que no haya mal entendidos a la hora del check out ya que te cobran 5 pesos por KW que te pases y tienes que pagar en efectivo. De ahi en mas todo muy bien , recomendado. Si volveriamos definitivamente.

The place is beautifully located . The reach is around the corner and restaurants are local . My favorite part of this place was the 5 bathrooms it had . No one had to wait to use it . Thank you so much Sylvia

Sylvia's place was amazing! She's thought of everything. The place is huge with tons of different spots in which to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need. I cooked almost everyday with no problems. The pool was, of course the best part especially since the beach was semi-closed due to COVID. There's so much space on the rooftop to just do whatever and it's pretty quiet. The private elevator was also pretty cool. We were happy to have a 7-11 in the building as well as an Italian restaurant. Also, just a few minutes walk down the street is La Vagabunda which is where we ate breakfast and a few dinners. We recommend bringing some pool floats like we did so you can enjoy the pool to the fullest.

Let me Start off with how great overall this place is, Very quiet area and very safe location. There is a 7 eleven that is below the building which is very convenient. There is a good pizza place which is amazing. Now I'm going to go over things I didn't Like... The entrance to the building is VERY annoying with a fingerprint scanner. Makes the process very frustrating because the exit is needed also and system fails when you are wet. We didn't like the fact that cleaning fee doesn't include Dishes and taking out the trash. I mean who would go on a vacation to clean dishes even with cleaning fees? besides all that it was a very pleasant stay. Host is amazing and totally friendly.
