Nicole's place was exactly as described, but the experience was beyond expectations—it truly had the 'wow' factor! The views were surreal. After a disappointing start with another Airbnb host, finding Nicole’s listing was a blessing in disguise. We were able to book her place later in the evening and the check-in process was seamless; they had our information ready as soon as we walked in, making us feel immediately welcome. We were so delighted with her place that we extended our stay by another night. The location was perfect, just walking distance from a convenience store, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

El departamento en general esta muy bonito y la vista es muy hermosa, pero el edificio en el que esta ubicado se encuentra en muy malas condiciones, el departamento estaba llena de arena, tanto los muebles como el piso y con mal olor.

I don’t know where to begin, Breathe taking views! The highlight of my trip was the view from the balcony. It was perfect ! . It was home away from home. There is so much to do, everything is walking distance and you’re right in the heart of everything. Truly made my trip memorable. Thank you!

We WILL BE BACK!!! Nicole was an amazing host. She answered questions that I had before arrival, handled a mixup at the desk at arrival and made sure we made it home. Her place is GORGEOUS + the views are stunning. The photos and listing doesn’t really do any justice to reality. Super close to everything - we used a taxi once during our visit (outside of airport travel). I’d def recommend her place and will book anytime we’re in Cancun!! Thanks Nicole!!!!!

Look, let me be clear.. this unit and its host, Nicole was everything as advertised. She did a great job renovating two Penthouse units into one larger unit. The views were excellent and the wrap around balcony was just what we were looking for. We even had a issue with the upstairs TV the first night, and by the time we got back to our room the next day Nicole had already had a brand new TV replacing the broken one. She was extremely available via text for anything we needed. Now, the issue that we had was that the building that the condo is located is very old. Although the unit is updated the building itself is one of the oldest in the hotel zone. What that meant was that the elevator did not even go to the top floor so we had to carry luggage up and down from the 8th floor up the stairs to get to our room. The older building also means that their are not very good ammittiees to use. We actually got a day pass to another luxury resort so that we could have a nice pool.

Everything about Nicole‘s place was great except when we pulled into the driveway the guard we spoke with told us it was further down the street which caused us a great amount of confusion, as it turned out we were at the right place, only it was the gate to the left of the car rental. Nicole said she had sent a detailed email, but I don’t believe I ever saw it, i’m not sure if it went to the wrong email or what happened. You were able to find it, was, in fact, the best in the building. Unrelated to the Airbnb, we did have an incident with the Mexican police where they pulled us over for no reason and tried to extort money from us, the police officer claimed I was speeding, which I was not, he first told me that I would have to be at 3000 peso fine at the police department, and then suggested if I help him he will help me and demanded that I pay him $150 US dollars, right there alongside the road. Paid him nothing and explained to him. I didn’t have any cash for me, which was, of course a lie lie.
