The villa comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 guests, with bedrooms designed to provide privacy and ensuite bathrooms. Expansive communal areas invite guests to gather, while large decks offer sea breezes and views perfect for yoga practice.
Guests can relax by the pool, swim in the warm turquoise sea, and enjoy meals prepared by a private chef under the stars. The beach is shaded naturally by tropical palms and equipped with loungers and beach chairs. Water sports equipment such as boogie boards, stand-up paddleboards, and sea kayaks are available for use.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison était conforme à nos attentes, très propre et décorée avec goût . Nous avons pu profiter à plusieurs reprises des délicieux cocktails et tacos de la petite cabane sur place . Nous avons pu nous faire livrer nos courses juste avant notre arrivée, ce qui était très appréciable . Nous étions une famille de neuf personnes, la maison était juste parfaite pour que nous y séjournions il y avait de l’espace pour tous. Les enfants ont adoré la proximité de la plage. Le personnel était au petit soin et venait tous les matins pour faire le ménage . Le seul petit hic, c’est que la piscine est devenue trouble le deuxième jour et que nous n avons pas pu en profiter les jours suivants , mais la mer étant juste en face cela ne nous a pas posé de problème .

Our family vacation consisted of 9 people flying in from 3 different continents and a total of 6 cities/states. Needless to say, it's not often we're all able to be in the same place at the same time so this was a special visit for everyone. The house did not disappoint! We stayed in Villa 5 so the private pool was an added bonus; the house was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Very clean, large bedrooms, everyone with their own bathroom, ample dining area and open kitchen made it ideal for a large group. The daily housekeepers were great and with a family of our size, it was very helpful. The villas are located towards the end of the beach hotel zone, quiet, and we felt very safe in the area... you can walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. The taco stand on property was really yummy. The on-site concierge's were always helpful, and we even placed an order with a grocery delivery service that stocked our fridge for our arrival. We had a great time, and you will too!

Unbelievable views; incredible proximity to the ocean; tons of walkable access to all the restaurants and amenities you'd need. Absolute dream stay. Taco shack on site was the unexpected MVP!

This place is absolutely breathtaking! Host was super helpful and responsive! the photos don't do it justice. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had hot water right away. Plenty of drinking water is provided. Highly recommend!!

This was one of my favorite trips I’ve ever been on and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. The staff was amazing and responsive. They were so respectful and the view was stunning. Would highly highly highly recommend to anybody traveling to Tulum!

This villa was even more amazing in person! It had every perk of an airbnb and hotel combined! The beach was stunning and proximity to fun restaurants and beach clubs was perfect! Would come back here in an instant!

Beach is beautiful, villas are great, loved the convenience of the taco stand that sells breakfast too. Easy walking distance to quite a few good restaurants and bars. Host very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb! The home was perfect for me and my group! The drinks and food was delicious and communication was great with all the staff. Was a short walk or taxi to every where on the beach. There was also plenty of food around. Nothing short of a great time would definitely recommend! 10/10

Everything was great. Wish the hvac mini splits were directly above the beds, it was warm every night on all the rooms minus one bc of the position of the units.
