Had an amazing stay. Kids loved the pool (backyard is amazing) and Lupita and Gerard were amazing helping us get set up with a rental car, airport transfer, chef, and other experiences. Would highly recommend. One thing to note - the three upstairs bedrooms are only connected to the main floor by an external staircase which we didn’t realize in advance - it ended up working out okay but was a little tricky with small kids.

I'm afraid to book another place in Tulum because I've felt right at home the few of times I've been there. It's very obvious that the host has poured heart and soul in this place, and by God, what an excellent space. Honestly, I spend more time in the house than out and about. Not that there aren't excellent places to visit to eat, dance the night away, and sightsee, but... Why? I usually travel with friends and family and we prefer to stay and enjoy the gorgeous and intimate patio setting; grill at the back or have their cheff cook us an amazing local meal. Lupita is a fantastic host and undoubtedly one of the best I've had the good fortune of interacting with.

Beautiful and clean! A lot of airbnbs don't present as well as their pictures, this is not the case here! Would love to stay here again the next time I'm in Tulum. Host was responsive and accommodating.

First off, if you’re thinking about booking this villa, do it! My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette trip in Tulum and it was everything and more. The space is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of areas to hang out and relax. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made it perfect for a group stay. The location is ideal as it is walkable and close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Super convenient! The host was amazing and very communicative, flexible, and made everything seamless for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay with Host Lupita! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Lupita was kind, responsive, and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the incredible meal prepared by Chef K during our stay—delicious and beautifully presented! Even though it was just for one day, it added such a special touch to the experience. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a little extra magic.

I recently had my bachelorette at Alma House and I can confidently say this place is worth staying at. From the start, we were treated like guests. Lupita, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. She helped me plan all of our activities both inside and outside of the house. Everything from a yacht experience, private chef, bartending, cenotes adventure, transportation, and even restaurant reservations. She truly made the entire experience seamless. When we arrived at the Airbnb, the house was clean and we were warmly welcomed by the host, who gave us a tour and explained everything we needed to know. The house has a gated entrance, which made us feel very safe, a big priority for us. There was also a convenience store just 2 to 3 blocks away, which came in handy during our stay. Anytime we needed anything, Lupita was just a phone call away. My girls and I had so much fun and truly enjoyed our stay. I 100 percent recommend Casa Alma.

Amazing home with an amazing host! Lupita was so welcoming to our group before we had even arrived! Helped us with shopping for groceries and local recommendations. Lupita even went to the grocery store when we had run out of stuff for us! The home was amazing and I wish I could have stayed forever! The host was very accommodating of all our needs and check in/out times. Will definitely be coming back!
