The house is beautiful und looks just like in the pictures. We liked the open concept and the large pool. The kitchen is large and it is no problem to cook for 7+ people. You can reach everything in town by foot, but it is far enough away from the busy main street to be quiet. There was a Sloth hanging around in a tree in the back. Giannis is agreat host and was very helpful and quick to respond.

Toller Aufenthalt ! Das Haus ist genau wie die Bilder es zeigen. Super Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen .

Loannis (Giannis) was very friendly and kind and gave us a warm welcome . He was also very patient to wait for us to do a late check in so he could show us around the house and give us instructions. We were welcomed with a warm smile, coffee and beer :) The house is beautifully constructed and well maintained. Each bedroom has its own code , felt like hotel rooms but with a huge living room , kitchen , dance floor and pool. I loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and shower. I loved the location of the villa less than 5 min walk to the beach and downtown yet on the end of the road and tucked away so it’s very peaceful in the house/neighbourhood . The architecture of the home is really beautiful . Giannis went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. He was very responsive and gave us recommendations for best beaches , local music and restaurants. He is very friendly , my whole group had the best time . Thank you Giannis!! We will be back :)

Loannis’s place in Puerto Viejo was absolutely gorgeous! Truly like something out of a movie. I stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it could not have been a more perfect setting. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and even more stunning in person than in the photos. The pool was clean, private, and such a relaxing spot to unwind during the day. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and well maintained. Loannis was also an incredible host. He recommended a private chef for my birthday dinner, and it made the entire celebration unforgettable. The dinner experience was amazing and such a special touch. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Puerto Viejo, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again.

De villa van Ioannis is alles wat je wilt om je reis door Costa Rica rustig af te sluiten. Alle voorzieningen die je wenst zijn aanwezig en daarnaast is alles ook goed schoon en opgeruimd bij aankomst. Het centrum van Puerto Viejo ligt op 5 minuten loopafstand en terwijl het centrum vrij luidruchtig is bevindt de villa zich in een omgeving waar complete rust en privacy gewaarborgd is. Bij zonsopkomst en -ondergang is zelfs nog wildlife te spotten vanuit het zwembad. Ioannis zelf is ook goed bereikbaar en is bereid je te helpen met al je vragen. Kortom, alles wat je wilt!

The house is located just behind the town of Puerto Viejo, so it‘s quiet and private, but still in walking distance. The kitchen and lounge area is detached from the bedrooms and has an open air feeling. The pool is bigger than it looks in pictures. Everything was clean and Ioannis is very attentive

Hermosa casa!!! Igual a la de las fotos, la casa es grande, limpia y espaciosa, las áreas de convivencia son perfectas, la alberca limpia y de muy buen tamaño Loannis fue un gran anfitrión, estuvo al pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, cualquier duda que tuviéramos nos contestaba, nos dio las mejores recomendaciones para comer! Nos hubiera encantado poder pasar más días para aprovechar la hermosa casa, no hay nada malo que decir, vayan! Disfruten la casa la comida, todo! Recomendada un 10000%

Nos encantó el lugar, la ubicación está perfecta porque está muy cerca del centro. La casa es preciosa y súper cómoda. Además la comunicación fue muy eficiente y rápida. Volveríamos sin duda :)
