Spring Villa surrounded with an Amazing Garden!

La casa es espectacular perfecta para pasar con amigos y familia. Es tal cual se muestra en las imágenes, está muy cerca de varios restaurantes, por lo que no es problema si quieres salir a comprar algo.

Estefania's place was like living in the middle of a garden ! Her house is private and in a gated community. As you drive up to the house, you can appreciate the beautiful manicured gardens on the property. The house itself has an old warm charm with spanish flair. The house is spacious and well equipped with many modern amenities. There is a breathtaking outdoor area with a large pool. There is plenty of space to host a large group around the pool area. The location is close the airport and within driving distance to a variety of restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at Estefania's place and would certainly book this place again.

Un lugar realmente muy bello, extremadamente cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta, la zona es muy tranquila y a la vez accesible a restaurantes, lugares de ocio y supermercados a muy corta distancia. Estefania nuestra anfitriona fue muy atenta y amable en todo momento.

Beautiful traditional home in a central part of San Jose. Close to the airport and car rentals. We loved the peaceful gardens, private and secured neighborhood. Home has plenty of spacious rooms. However, not all rooms have AC units. Nonetheless, home is fresh and well ventilated with celling fans. We loved having a quick stop in SJ here! Highly recommended

This is a lovely historic villa on a large, gated acreage. There is clearly an interesting history to this property, and we encouraged the owners to share it with their guests. It is very private and in an upscale part of San Jose with access to good restaurants. Because the home is over 100 years old, it feels vintage on the inside, but for us that was a good thing. We just stayed there one night before departing for the US the next day. It is very spacious, and the pool area is an impressive place to relax. We did have an issue with hot water, but the maintenance staff fixed it within an acceptable time and they were flexible with checkout to ensure we had time for hot showers. I believe just two of the rooms had room-air conditioners. The others had fans, so it could get warm at night depending on the weather, though we were comfortable. It can be a little difficult to find, so just be sure to read the instructions provided by the host. I definitely recommend this unique property.

Estafana was fantastic and they few issues we had she resolved quickly. She was flexible with us and the place is amazing.
