A beautiful home. We were 3 couples, with kids. 3 king sized beds and nice rooms upstairs. Cleaned by their team daily. Pool and outdoor area were amazing! We truly enjoyed our two weeks there. Beautiful views and a beautiful house.

Myself and my family had a great stay at Hanit’s place. The house has everything you need and you will feel right at home. The property is very safe and Raphaelle was very friendly and super helpful with recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Casa Lu sehr genossen! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Man hört nur das Meeresrauschen. Alles ist gut und sehr schnell erreichbar – Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants. Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer gut und leise. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Gartenmöbel, besonders die Hängematte hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Gastgeberin war immer schnell erreichbar. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat : Ameisen im Haus, vor allem im Hauptschlafzimmer. Am letzten Tag entdeckten wir nachts zwei kleine Skorpione in 2 Badezimmern (oben und unten). Obwohl sie in Costa Rica angeblich ungefährlich sind, fühlten wir uns nicht wohl. Morgens fanden wir Kothaufen im Pool. Uns wurde gesagt, es sei Waschbärkot. Pool war also nicht gerade einladend, bis die Reinigungskräfte fertig waren. Die Damen brauchten jeden Tag 3-4 Stunden für Reinigung. Das hat uns ein bisschen Privatsphäre geraubt.

Raphaëlle was the most amazing host we truly could have asked for! Prior to arriving to Santa Teresa, she reached out and made sure that all our needs were meet. She booked our ATV’s which was a plus. Her responsiveness was by far the best I have ever experienced with Airbnb. When we arrived; she welcomed us and made sure to provide all the info on the property and recommended several amazing restaurants. We felt at home right away! Throughout our stay she checked in regularly if we were ok and if we needed anything else. The place is absolutely amazing!! The view, location, decor, hospitality, design, safety and 24 security was beyond our expectations. The property is located more in a quieter part of Santa Teresa which was perfect for us; away from the crowds! We would have loved to stay longer due to the amazing experience we had, not only at the property but how well Raphaëlle took such great care of us! We can’t wait to return to Casa Lu soon! Thank you for having us! ♥️
