Montecristo is an exclusive gated community situated on the mountainside in Los Cabos, Mexico. It offers breathtaking ocean views overlooking the entire Quivira Los Cabos area, which features a prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The community is meticulously landscaped and maintained, providing access to a beautiful clubhouse. Located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula in Cabo San Lucas, this private enclave offers a tranquil and luxurious retreat.

Villa location requests are not accepted. We manage villas in both Phase I and Phase II of Montecristo.
Booking and Guest Policies
Prices are based on the number of guests. Please book for the correct number of guests.
If additional guests arrive beyond the booking, extra person fees will double if reported during or after check-in.
You may add guests before arrival at the original extra guest fee by notifying us at least a few days in advance.
Housekeeping is not included but can be added for $80 USD per day.
Please review our house rules carefully, as the Montecristo Community enforces strict regulations.
The villas do not provide salt, pepper, condiments, oils, foil, plastic wrap, coffee, sugar, or similar items.
Environmental Sanitation Tax
The municipality of Los Cabos has implemented an Environmental Sanitation Tax to support local community improvements. This tax applies to all reservations made from September 8, 2022, onward.
Tax amount: 33.68 Mexican Pesos per room per night (approximately $1.70 USD, depending on exchange rate)
Charged at check-out in addition to the rental fee
Funds support environmental infrastructure, sustainability, safety, and security projects

Quivira Vacation Rentals follows strict health and safety measures based on global hotel consulting recommendations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Important Notes
Outside services such as private chefs, catering, grocery shopping, and maid services are not permitted within the Quivira Los Cabos Community. Only services provided by Pueblo Bonito Resorts are allowed.
Any additional guests added after the original booking will incur extra fees:
$50 USD per night per person if added before arrival
$100 USD per night per person if added during or after check-in
All guests must be registered, and applicable fees must be paid.
Villa assignments are confirmed only at check-in due to the multi-unit rental nature and scheduling of arrivals and departures.
Early check-in cannot be guaranteed but is possible if the villa is ready before 4:00 p.m. Guests may use clubhouse facilities while waiting, and luggage and groceries can be stored until the villa is available.
This property operates as a vacation rental, which differs from timeshare or hotel bookings through resorts. Some amenities included in resort stays may not be available in vacation rentals. The amenities provided align with industry standards and Airbnb recommendations for essential features.
