Contemporary Beach Front Gem

The home was beautiful and the location on the beach was great. It was nice having Yo-yos for a few meals and to grab drinks by the pool but you need to have a car or call an uber to get into town for other options since it’s not walkable. We did have an in-home chef which made meals very convenient and had a well stocked kitchen. The crabs in the house gave us a little scare at first but we were able to figure out how to keep them out and didn’t have anymore issues. My only complaint about the house is it’s not walkable to restaurants and stores. Overall, the home was very well stocked, clean, each bedroom was beautiful, and Mary the concierge was extremely helpful.

We had an incredible stay at Michael’s home in Playa Hermosa —truly a five-star experience. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for groups, with five comfortable bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. All appliances worked flawlessly, the AC kept things cool, and the backup generator kicked in instantly during brief outages. Maria, the concierge, was outstanding—very responsive and helpful, even arranging in-home beach massages. The home had plenty of towels, outdoor seating, surfboards, and we left a boogie board for future guests to enjoy. The water filtration system was a huge plus. The location is peaceful, secure with regular patrols, and right on a beautiful surf beach. Waves can be strong, but great for those comfortable in the water. Minor things like occasional crabs and parking out front didn’t impact our stay. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend it!

This is one of the most well stocked Airbnb‘s I had ever been at, everything you need in the kitchen and the dining area that you need to host any type of event that you’re doing, the concierge service lady Maria was fantastic! Ready to answer all of my questions and make all of my guests feel welcome, I would follow all of her recommendations when she talks about transportation and restaurants she was on point! My group and I liked it so much we consider considering coming back next year at the same time! This is a wonderful property for hosting some family time or a small celebration!

This place was exactly what we were looking for!! It was amazing to be able to walk straight out to the beach and surf or hang out by the pool and watch the waves crash. The morning beach walks were superb!! The club house restaurant is so great and just a very brief walk! (We went to Yo-yo’s 2 nights in a row bc it was so good and convenient!) and everyone is so friendly! Jose tended to our needs and was so helpful with any questions that we had and made scheduling things a breeze. The in-house chef service and in-house massage is a must!

Jose our concierge was amazing. He went above and beyond. This was the best house ever I have rented for vacations.

We came with a blended family of 6 for our first time to Costa Rica. The moment we walked through the door we felt right at home. The home is beyond everything we could have ever imagined. We were close to Jaco, which we loved. A community full of rich culture. Jose was our host and was phenomenal. I sent him an itinerary and he absolutely checked every single one of our boxes. We went ATV, zip lining, La Fortuna, hot springs, private boat tour to Tortuga Island, shopping in Jaco, hiking in a national park. He also coordinated chefs for us, transportation and a daily housekeeper. If I could give it more stars I would. We will be back! Pura Vida and thank you for your beauty.

Gorgeous home, clean and comfortable…gorgeous beach out front and close to town for good restaurants and more low-key surfing. We would recommend this home without a doubt!
