The apartment is located on the first floor and the patio opens up just off the end of the chain of pools at the Pacifico community. This is nice to access pool easily but is still a bit more private than the units directly in front of the pool. The unit has all the items you need (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, conditioner, dish soap) Beds and furniture are comfy enough. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, kettle, juicer. We only had to buy food at the grocery store which was right next to the parking lot for the community. Pacifico community was pleasant. Mainly Canadians and US retirees and their kids/grandkids. Very quiet after 8:00 at night. Perfect place to stay with young kids. May be a bit boring with older teens/college kids. This is a completely expat place. No local culture or food, so keep that in mind.

Fantastic stay! The condo was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is perfect—close to the pool, beach club, and town, yet quiet and relaxing. The host and management team were extremely responsive and professional, making the whole experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it

Pasamos unos días de descanso excelente, el inmueble perfectamente limpio, espacioso, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario, las camas perfectas para un buen descanso. Nuestra anfitriona Maria José nos recibió personalmente, con mucha amabilidad, se comunicó siempre al momento y respondió asertivamente. Excelente atención personalizada. Recomiendo el inmueble 100% y a Zindis para una excelente estadía.

This was our 4th time saying with Zindis, second time in the same condo. Always a great experience and helpful staff. Coco is like our second home and Zindis always takes good care of us.

En realidad pasamos un excelente tiempo en el apartamento únicamente que los tomacorrientes de la cocina no funcionaban y tuvimos que esperar hasta el día siguiente de la llegada para que los arreglaran, pero todo lo demás fue súper lindo

Review sobre el Host: Lamentablemente, es la PRIMERA vez que en un host de un airbnb nos penaliza ($35) por llegar despues de las 6pm. En nuestro caso, llegamos a las 6:50pm porque viajamos con una bebe que nos requería parar constantemente para cambiarla y darle de comer. Adicionalmente, hubo un cierre por 1.5 hrs en carrera por trabajos que estan haciendo. Aun explicando estas circunstancias de retraso (duramos 8hrs en llegar al lugar desde San Jose) el grupo ZINDIS nos multó por llegar tarde. Es importante que tengan presente esto y si llegan despues de las 9pm la multa es mayor. El Lugar: Nos encanto lo centrico que esta. Queda cerca de la piscina y el hecho de que este en un primer piso es un plus para los que tenemos hij@s o inclusive para adultos mayores. El lugar es bastante amplio y comodo.

Precioso lugar! super cómodo, con todas las amenidades necesarias, a la vez tiene privacidad y está cerca de la piscina, tiene varias piscinas amplias y muy bonitas. Excelente atención por parte del anfitrión. Supermercado, farmacia y heladería que se puede acceder caminando. Sin duda mi familia y yo volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
