This luxury Bougainvillea penthouse has been newly remodeled and features brand new air conditioning units to keep you comfortable. The condo offers exceptional views and generous living space. For your safety, the property is equipped with an exterior security camera.
The open-concept design creates a beachy, relaxed atmosphere, ideal for families, friends, or groups. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with ample sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional half bathroom on the main floor.
The main living area boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide breathtaking ocean views, especially stunning at sunset. Inside, you’ll find a large, cozy couch perfect for watching TV, playing games, or unwinding. Dining options include both indoor and outdoor seating.

Policies and Security
Your booking includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen and will cover minor incidents. However, willful or negligent damage will result in additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
We enforce a strict no-party and noise policy. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, or noise monitoring between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may lead to fines up to $1,000, eviction, or legal action.
Security cameras are installed at the main entrance, facing the hallway to the unit.
Important: Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be automatically charged IVA by their banks, separate from Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly with the bank.

As a family we really enjoyed this space. We were really comfortable and my family 5 enjoyed retreating there after our outings to Tamarindo for dinner and our many excursions. The private beach, gym and access to the golf Course was Real treat. The weather was perfect during the little summer in the middle of the wet season!!!

We are a family of 6 who traveled with our mother in law as well. the condo was very spacious and gave us the room we needed to relax. The owners were communicative and helped us with anything we needed. It was a great place to stay and the pool was awesome and the shuttles were awesome to take us anywhere in the reserve that we needed. We would definitely rent through them again.

The apartment presented really well. Nice furnishings and comfortable beds. The reason for 3 stars is that the internet was painfully slow, the washing machine didn’t work which was a real inconvenience seeing as we had come from a week in the jungle. This is really petty but there were no tea spoons or a kettle. Not a big issue but things I would expect in a property of this type. There was no info pack in the apartment so every time we wanted to find something simple about the accommodation or local area we had to email the management team. The club house on the beach was lovely and had everything you could want. Bonus for us was that we could use the tennis/pickleball courts at the Westin. This is our second time at Reserva Conchal and I can recommend the reserve.

We always love staying at Reserva Conchal and this condo was great for our group of 9 people. There were a couple of small issues. We spent an hour trying to get the washing machine to work and were told it was out of order. The next morning we spent an hour looking for a laundry service. The property management company did eventually tell us they would provide laundry service, free of charge. It would have been nice to know the washer was not working though since we were told a new one was on order. The first night the refrigerator didn’t seem to cool properly but the next day it was working fine. The air conditioner in the room with bunk beds cooled adequately, but the temperature had to be set to lowest setting. The property management company was very helpful and responsive, but it seems perhaps a maintenance checklist to ensure everything is working properly would help guests. The condo itself is amazing and spacious and it was nice having a restroom downstairs.

Overall, the space is great and very comfortable for a large group. Many upgrades (including AC units and bathrooms) compared to other units we’ve stayed in at Reserva Conchal; the condo is also very nicely decorated. While we had a couple issues during our stay, I would recommend the unit for a big group. Our issues: washing machine went out but the rental service took care of us with pickup/drop-off service which was convenient. Second, oddly the WiFi is very weak in certain parts of the home but I was able to work just fine in the office area. Note that there is no door between that area and the kitchen/ living room so if you’re really trying to work when others are home, you might have a slight issue. Lastly, the listing said Cable TV but it’s just SmartTVs where you use your own apps. Not a big deal since we don’t go to Costa Rica to watch TV, but if there is a live event (like March Madness), you might have to go to the Beach Club or a restaurant/bar.

Beautiful home in Conchal, which is truly a spectacular area. The location is wonderful for families with children, with access to the Beach Club and several pools that make the stay very enjoyable. The house itself is ideal for large groups or even two families traveling together, offering plenty of space and comfort. The property management team was excellent and very responsive, always willing to help and quick to provide solutions whenever needed. Their attention and support made a big difference during our stay. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The cleanliness upon arrival could have been better, and for a one-week stay, an additional cleaning service would make the experience even more comfortable. It would also be very helpful to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms, especially for families with children. The washing machine stopped working on the first day, which was inconvenient, but the team quickly provided an alternative solution so we could still do

We were really looking forward to our stay because the listing said the property had brand new A/C units and recent updates. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The A/C units barely blew any air and the air wasn’t cold, which made the rooms very uncomfortable. Maintenance did come to “fix” them, and when they checked the next day they said the problem was resolved, but the units still weren’t working properly. We also ran into a cleanliness issue with ants and cockroaches in the bathrooms, which was disappointing. That said, the beach club amenities were excellent and definitely the highlight of the stay. The beach area and facilities there were very nice and enjoyable. Overall, the location and beach amenities were great, but the property itself did not match the description regarding the A/C and had some pest issues that need attention. The garbage disposal had a bowl under the sink that would fill with water and we would have to dump it to keep it from overflowing.
