We were so happy with our stay here! First of all, our host Lau was the best. She was so responsive whenever we needed anything - extra towels, water, a taxi/shuttle, and lots of local recommendations. She got us a spot at a beach club one day and gave lots of bar recommendations throughout the trip. The space was clean, large, and better than the photos. The rooftop alone makes this place worth the price! The location is a bit hard to find, but with Lau’s instructions we were able to find it smoothly and she was waiting for us upon arrival and gave us a tour of our unit. This is a great spot for big groups. The bedrooms are spread out, there multiple spaces to hang out and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 5-10 minutes from downtown Tulum and we were able to easily taxi everywhere. I’d highly recommend this place!

Our stay was incredible. I went with 9 of my girlfriends for my 30th birthday and I couldn’t have has asked for a better experience. The space fit us all perfectly. The space was private and we had our own rooftop pool and terrace. Although it was not walkable to the beach or downtown Tulum there were a couple of other great areas with restaurants and bars that were walkable. It was a little hard to find but the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Everytime we needed something she would get it done right away. Amazing and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, modern and so clean. The outside area with the pool was amazing and we loved how you could open the glass doors fully so even if inside, you felt like you were outside. There is so much storage space at the house and the kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Having the hotel, Holistika, within a short walking distance was great - fabulous restaurant (with many vegan options) and the hotel itself and its grounds are really pretty. You can take yoga classes there. The neighborhood roads are not paved and I highly recommend renting an SUV. We did have some trouble finding the house, but the host assisted us over the phone. Overall, a fantastic house and we would absolutely stay again.

We found the apartment to be an excellent option for our stay. The spaces are very spacious and well-equipped. The living room, dining area, bar, kitchen, and full bathroom outside are ideal for enjoying everything outdoors (terrace) and taking advantage of the Tulum weather. The pool is a good size and temperature, and it was cleaned daily. The apartment is very well-equipped, featuring a grill with a full gas tank, an ice machine, a mini bar, a washer and dryer, among other essentials. It has great amenities, clean mattresses and pillows (no musty smell), pool towels, and good air conditioning. Everything works very well, and any minor issues were promptly resolved by the owner. The person who received us was very attentive, ensuring everything worked well and assisting us with recommendations, calling taxis, etc. The maintenance person was also always attentive and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment for staying with friends or family.

We had a wonderful stay. The place has a great vibe. The architecture was special. Lau was a top host. She and her crew, Mel and Ari, were always responsive and kind.

This stay was a 10/10. Everything was great. Laurianne was extremely responsive and helped with everything we needed. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I plan on staying again soon.

We stayed at this location to celebrate a birthday and from checking to check out the experience and correspondence was amazing. This penthouse looks exactly like the photos, the host was extremely communicative and helpful when needed and the home lived up to our expectations. We ran into one inconvenience on the first day, which was no hot water, but after communicating that to the host, they immediately resolved the issue by switching out the boiler with a new one, and after that it was smooth sailing. I would totally recommend this stay.

Our new favorite pocket of Tulum! Away from the main strip gave us a ton of quiet time and privacy! Plus we found the cutest street just a block away with our new favorite restaurants!

This place was absolutely wonderful! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the jungle. The home is equipped with everything you need from utensils to towels to a laundry room. The decor is warm and welcoming with design finishes on the house that are beautiful and make it feel like your home. The lounge area upstairs with your own private pool will provide views and sun for your entire stay. The host Aleida was very responsive and helpful with her recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs and other activities we inquired about. There’s a strip of shops and wonderful restaurants a short 10 minute walk from the home. I definitely recommend this home for your stay in Tulum and I’ll definitely be back for another stay, don’t hesitate to book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
