Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condominium, including private parking and a shared pool. There is an option to purchase wristbands for the exclusive Punta Leona Club, which grants entry to its facilities such as restaurants, pools, recreational activities, and parking at both Playa Blanca and Playa Manta.
If wristbands are not purchased, guests can still walk to Playa Blanca from the condominium, which is only 800 meters away.
Location and Additional Information
The condominium is part of the Altos de Leona Mar residential area within Club Punta Leona, located just beyond Playa Blanca. While the main beach entrance and parking are reserved for members, guests can access Playa Blanca via a public entrance 800 meters from the property. Note that there is no public parking available, as parking is restricted to members only.
Guests interested in purchasing wristbands should notify the host in advance. Wristbands include a parking space at Playa Blanca.
The condominium features a large shared pool with beautiful views. Pool access is available through two entrances located between condominiums 4 and 5 or between 1 and 2. The property is unit number 12, which requires walking down a 40-meter slope followed by some stairs to reach the pool area.

Spectacular views and very well appointed. Master suite was fantastic. Development was very private and secluded. We would recommend Fio’s place.

Un endroit magnifique avec une vue fantastique sur Playa Blanca. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et particulièrement le cadre naturel du panorama sur la terrasse arrière. La présence de perroquets Ara et de toucans est également un des nombreux attraits de cette propriété tranquile. Nous y retournerons volontiers la prochaine fois.
