The Space
Located in a quiet fisherman’s cove, La Mascarona is a beachfront wooden cabin with three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Enjoy the waves, the beach, and the beautiful estuary from the home’s spacious outdoor areas.
The cabin includes:
- A covered veranda on the ground floor
- Large terraces on the first and second floors
- A second-floor terrace with a beautiful view
- Hammocks for relaxing by the sea
- Space for family barbecues
- Air conditioning in the main bedroom
- A ceiling fan and air conditioning in each room
The air-conditioned main bedroom offers the comfort of enjoying the sea breeze and listening to the waves from bed. Two additional ground-floor bedrooms share air conditioning: one has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The layout is well suited to family trips or stays with friends.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire cabin and the surrounding property grounds.

Great beach house in a great location, the beach itself is beautiful, the people are welcoming and very happy. Leon is a wonderful city which takes maybe an hour to get to. 10 out of 10. Loved all of it.

visité la cabaña la Mascarona con mi familia y nos pareció muy bien, el lugar coincidía con las fotos del anuncio, estaba bastante limpio, la ubicación era frente al mar y había privacidad , la comunicación con la anfitríona fue buena , es un lugar al que sin duda volvería

This was a lovely home to stay in, not far from the surf and had a great front yard with a wonderful view of the ocean. Communication was great. Would stay again.

Les recomiendo esta casa, veai las olas desde la cama, muy encantador, la playa esta a unos pasos se puede bañar, claro con precaución. Si llevan niños no se preocupen, a mano izquierda caminan a unos metros y se hacen unas posas lindas, y si caminan un poco más, encontrarán un lugar tranquilo para bañarse en la playa toda tranquila. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, equipada. María Rosa muy amable y pendiente.

Very quiet beachfront location on the southern end of Miramar, Nicaragua. Local people and neighbors are very nice and helpful. The house is amazing. if your a surfer, the select surf spots are a just north of the location. I'd stay here again!

El lugar es excelente, la sola cosa q no estuvo tan bien es que había mucha mosca y muchísimo polvo, debajo y al rededor de las camas estaba súper sucio. Por lo demás las personas q se ocupan son súper gentiles y respetuosos, el lugar es hermoso, la vista es espectacular! A pesar de los pequeños inconvenientes q tuvimos con respecto a la limpieza pudimos disfrutar muchísimo nuestras vacaciones.

Great stay on the beach! The house had great character and fit all our needs. Loved the beach access and had a nice relaxing time. On site house was great and responsive too.

We had a nice stay. Beautiful quiet beach. Casita is rustic and cute and was perfect for our family/friends surf trip.
