The Space
This ocean view house is perfect for two guests and is located in a charming neighborhood of Manuel Antonio, situated between the beach and Quepos. Positioned at one of the highest points in Manuel Antonio, the house requires climbing approximately 100 steps to reach it.
The effort is rewarded with stunning views of both the ocean and the surrounding mountains. The spacious balcony offers lounge chairs where you can unwind and watch the beautiful sunsets.
The house features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed in the combined living room and kitchen area. Both rooms are equipped with powerful ceiling fans, and an air conditioner has recently been installed in the living room for added comfort. The bedroom connects to a bathroom that includes a hot-water shower.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can provide the necessary blankets during your stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential utensils, including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Near the main entrance, there is a laundry area with a washing machine available for your use as needed.
Because the property is located at a higher elevation, it uses a water pump to maintain consistent water pressure throughout the house. You might occasionally hear a faint noise when the pump activates; this is normal and ensures a steady water supply.

- You will have a designated parking spot located next to the stairs. Upon arrival, Katherine will show you the spot. Please always park in the same place marked with the Casa Alicia sign, as the parking area is shared with other guests.
- Towels and blankets stored in boxes within the house are reserved for future guests. Please do not open or use these items.
- All necessary linens and supplies for your stay will be provided and ready upon your arrival.
- Katherine, your host, will ensure you have everything you need and is available to assist you throughout your stay.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento. Cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y parque Manuel Antonio. La casa limpia y organizada, incluso con opción para lavar ropa. La única consideración, es que para llegar a la casa hay muchas escaleras, por lo que complica para quienes tienen maleta o no tenga buen estado físico.

View and balcony were amazing! Tons of natural light and privacy. Parking spot was great! I am only giving 4 instead of 5 stars because the apartment was really hot in late afternoon even with AC and ceiling fans on, but it was cool every night/morning at least.

Nous avons eue quelques complications durant notre séjour; pas d’eau chaude pour la douche, air climatisé qui arrête dans la journée. Par contre, l’hôte à été très réactif pour nous aider. À noter également que l’air climatisé est situé à un endroit où c’est difficile de faire refroidir la chambre. Nous devions donc faire fonctionner tout les fans au plafond pour une petite fraîcheur la nuit. Pour quelqu’un qui tolère moins la chaleur la nuit c’est à y réfléchir!

Incredibly peaceful, beautiful views, and a great location! Check in was easy, and Katherin was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this Air BNB.

A great little hideaway with a view! The patio is gorgeous, my partner and I (30M and 27F) enjoyed a beautiful evening sunset from there, and an early morning coffee whilst watching some monkeys and birds in the valley below. We wish we had stayed an extra night! Plenty to do in the area, nice food options, and the AirBnB is a calming space to rest after a day of sight-seeing. Katherin assisted with check-in, and she was great! The place has everything you could need, and the 135-or-so steps help to keep you fit while on vacation. 😂 A great stay, would highly recommend for the views and patio alone! 🤩

Very beautiful view from this place that is well placed above the village. The apartment is nice but it can get very hot during the day because of the big windows.
