The master suite includes a king bed, terrace access, a Juliet balcony, and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a spa shower and a large scenic window. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower.

The living area is roomy and inviting, furnished with new leather sofas and featuring barrel-vaulted ceilings. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Additional amenities include a half bathroom in the foyer and a full laundry room.

Notes and Policies

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. A strict no-tolerance policy on loud noise is enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints or evidence of disruptive behavior may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
• Your booking includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,000. Intentional or negligent damage will incur additional charges.
• Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA tax automatically by their bank, separate from Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly with the bank.
