The Space

Welcome to Diria Matapalo 402, a luxurious ocean-view condominium featuring two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This spacious unit comfortably accommodates four guests, with the option to host one additional adult or two children using a queen air mattress available upon request.

The condo is situated in the new Matapalo building on the renowned Tamarindo Diria property. It offers a large covered terrace overlooking the ocean, lagoon pool, and lush tropical gardens. Both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, each equipped with a hairdryer.

The master suite includes a king bed, terrace access, a Juliet balcony, and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a spa shower and a large scenic window. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower.

The living area is roomy and inviting, furnished with new leather sofas and featuring barrel-vaulted ceilings. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Additional amenities include a half bathroom in the foyer and a full laundry room.

Diria Matapalo 402 is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and memorable tropical vacation in Costa Rica.

This condo is perfectly positioned in the vibrant center of Tamarindo, just steps from the beach. Guests enjoy direct access to the expansive lagoon pool with a swim-up bar and private beach entry through the iconic Diria hotel located across the street.

Tamarindo’s lively restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife are all within easy walking distance. The area also offers opportunities to explore nearby famous beaches such as Flamingo, Playa Grande, Conchal, and Avellanas, all within a 30-minute drive.

Notes and Policies

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. A strict no-tolerance policy on loud noise is enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints or evidence of disruptive behavior may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
• Your booking includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,000. Intentional or negligent damage will incur additional charges.
• Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA tax automatically by their bank, separate from Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly with the bank.

Traveling with young children? A pack-n-play is available for $10 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Please notify us in advance to ensure it is ready upon your arrival.
