Guest access Guests have access to the house, pool, grounds, and laundry room. The home does share a private gated compound with another home. Other things to note This is a Nosara legacy lot - this means plenty of outdoor space and not built right next to other houses. The property is perfectly located in an area that is a quick walk to beaches, restaurants and a mini super but secluded enough you don't get all the street noise like in some other areas of Guiones / Nosara.

Highly recommended. Beautiful, quiet location close to the beach and the amenities of Pelada. The house itself was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a surprisingly well-appointed kitchen (seriously, there isn't much you couldn't prepare). The pool was lovely, and the seating around it nicely shaded. The setting felt secure (a legitimate concern in Costa Rica), and the only disturbance we encountered was the occasional report from a howler monkey. Our friends that live in Pelada were impressed with the place and will be recommending it to future visitors. Hoping to return soon!

Staying at Patrick's place was a pleasure! The house is comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay truly enjoyable. We had an issue with the stove and dish washer but Patrick took care of it as soon as possible. The location is close to the beach it's conveniently situated near some restaurants. Patrick was responsive. He was always just a message away, ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Overall, it's a nice place to anyone looking for a nice Airbnb experience. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a great spot if you prefer to be a bit tucked away from activity but still be close to restaurants and the beach.

Nice property, AC in the bedrooms, fans keep it airy. Shared pool, but we were the only ones there. Good location, 5 minutes wall to several goo restaurants and nice beach at Playa Pelada.

New, well-appointed and well-maintained house. Comfortable for four. Location is quiet and away from Guiones center but still convenient. The local property management team is responsive and helpful.
