Montecristo Luxury Villas are situated within an exclusive gated community at the Pueblo Bonito Golf & Spa Resorts. Booking through us grants you access to all Pueblo Bonito properties, including their pools, restaurants, and beaches, such as the renowned Medano Beach.

This villa is ideal for various occasions, including bachelorette parties, golf trips with friends, family gatherings, and reunions. Guests also enjoy access to the exclusive Quivira Golf Course and the award-winning Armonia Spas, with discounts of 25% on golf and 20% on spa services.

The Space

Montecristo Villas are designed to meet your needs, providing a memorable and comfortable retreat in a unique and breathtaking setting. Each villa offers luxurious amenities, including:

Please note:

• Our listings are not tied to a specific villa, but all villas share the same amenities and layouts.
• Every villa includes a private pool and jacuzzi on the terrace.
• Views vary between villas; while we cannot guarantee the exact view shown in photos, it will be similar.
• We do not accept location requests. Villas are managed across both Phase I and Phase II of Montecristo.
• Pricing is based on the number of guests. Booking for the correct number is essential, as extra guest fees apply and increase if additional guests are reported during or after check-in.
• Housekeeping is not included but can be added for $80 USD per day.
• The Montecristo Community enforces strict house rules; please review them to avoid surprises.
• Basic kitchen items such as salt, pepper, condiments, oils, foil, plastic wrap, coffee, and sugar are not provided.

Environmental Sanitation Tax

The municipality of Los Cabos has introduced an Environmental Sanitation Tax to support local community improvements. This tax applies to all reservations made from September 8, 2022, onward.

• The fee is 33.68 Mexican Pesos per room per night (approximately $1.70 USD, depending on exchange rates).
• It is charged at check-out in addition to the rental fee.
• Funds support environmental infrastructure, sustainability initiatives, safety, and security projects.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Quivira Vacation Rentals has implemented comprehensive health and safety measures to protect guests and staff, following global hotel consulting recommendations.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the resorts, including front desks and restaurant entrances.
• Certified sanitization products are used, focusing on high-touch surfaces.
• Periodic deep cleaning by certified third parties is conducted.
• Upon arrival, luggage sanitization and guest temperature checks are performed.
• Guests with temperatures above 38°C (100.4°F) may be denied access after medical evaluation.
• Mobile pre-check-in is available.

Room Amenities

• Hand sanitizer and sanitizing spray are provided in rooms.
• Masks and gloves are available upon request.
• Paper amenities, pens, and magazines are removed but can be requested.

Social Distancing and Facility Use

• Elevators allow a maximum of two people unless they are family members.
• Public furniture is arranged to maintain at least 1.8 meters (6 feet) distance.
• Pool loungers are grouped in twos or fours, spaced 1.8 meters apart.
• Fitness center equipment and spa areas are sanitized after each use.
• Capacity limits are enforced in fitness centers and spas.

Food and Beverage

• Restaurant and bar seating is spaced to comply with social distancing.
• Maximum capacities are set, with reminders for distancing on tables.
• Food and beverage staff wear masks.
• Contactless room service is available.
• Menus are accessible via mobile devices; physical menus are removed.

Quivira Golf Club

• Golf carts and balls are sanitized before and after use.
• Reception and practice areas have capacity limits.
• Tee times are spaced 15 minutes apart.
• One golf cart per person is standard unless requested for family members.
• Rules minimize touchpoints during play (e.g., flagsticks remain in holes, bunker rakes removed).

COVID-19 Response

• An on-site detection team including medical and management staff coordinates with health authorities.
• Protocols are in place to manage potential COVID-19 cases.
• Medical services are available 24/7.

Destination Protocols

• Enhanced procedures at SJD International Airport include thermal cameras and travel background checks.
• The destination is undergoing certification by the Ministry of Health for new standards in hospitality and tourism.
• Property management continuously updates protocols as needed.

Note: Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, certificates, or coupons.

Important Notes

• Outside services such as private chefs, catering, grocery shopping, and maid services are not permitted within the Quivira Los Cabos Community. Only services provided by Pueblo Bonito Resorts are allowed.
• Any additional guests added after the initial booking will incur extra fees. All guests must be registered, and fees paid accordingly.
  • The fee for extra guests added before arrival is $50 USD per night per person.
  • If extra guests are added during or after check-in, the fee doubles to $100 USD per night per person.
• Villa assignments are confirmed only at check-in due to the multi-unit nature of the property and scheduling of arrivals and departures.
• Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Villas are typically ready by 4:00 p.m., but if available earlier, guests will be notified. Guests may use clubhouse facilities and store luggage and groceries while waiting.
• This rental experience differs from timeshares or hotel bookings through the resorts. Some amenities included with the resorts may not be available in vacation rentals. The amenities provided align with industry standards and Airbnb's recommendations for essential features.
