Hi, I’m Jeff, and along with my wife Sarah and our two young daughters, Maddy and Bella, we traveled through Central America and discovered San Juan del Sur (SJDS). This charming coastal town captured our hearts with its natural beauty, adventurous spirit, and warm community. Known for its friendly culture, beautiful local beaches, and breathtaking sunsets, SJDS quickly became a vibrant paradise for us.

Our condo reflects our affection for this town, and we hope guests will experience the same warmth and charm that drew us here. Welcome to Tropical Moon—your home away from home.

The Space

This exclusive three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment features a balcony with stunning views of San Juan Bay. It offers an ideal setting for your stay in San Juan del Sur.

Policies and Conditions

• Check-in time: 3:00 pm
• Check-out time: 11:00 am
• A damage deposit of $300 is required
• Parties are not permitted
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments
• Pets weighing 10 kg (22 lbs) or less are allowed
• Guests are allowed up to 40 kilowatts of electrical usage per day
