About the Space: With a private, gated entrance you will enter your own little green front yard. Follow the red brick path and enter Casa Bella Vista, our family friendly, spacious, modern, and recently renovated vacation house! Our 152 m2/1636 square feet property consists of 4 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms contain Queen size bed (150x200cm/ 5’0”x6’8”), one bedroom contains a double bed (140x190cm/4’6”x6’2”) and two of the bedrooms contain two single beds. One Queen bed bedroom has AC, the rest have ceiling fans. (If you are traveling with small children or babies, please contact your host regarding cribs or travel beds). With brand new mattresses as of December 2023, you will sleep peacefully in newly custom-made beds built by my father. The bathroom is spacious and modern. We have a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and cabinets also custom-made by my father, with everything you could possibly need. A kitchen table with 4 chairs is a perfect nook for breakfast/lunch, and the living room contains a very comfortable couch and a smart tv with cabel. Behind sliding doors by the couch, you will find the laundry room with a washer and a dryer. In our green front yard, you will find drying lines as well. Other things to note Casa Bella Vista HOUSE RULES: -No parties or events allowed -Quiet time is 11PM to 7AM -Be respectful with other tenants and neighbours (the 2nd floor consists of two apartments with permanent tenants) -No Smoking inside but feel free to indulge outside in our green front yard -Pets allowed -Make sure to keep the kitchen clean as any food remnants will attract ants and other bugs -Turn of AC and fans before leaving the Casa -Treat our Casa as if it was your own

## The Space

Casa Bella Vista is a spacious, modern vacation home recently updated for your comfort. The property covers 152 m² (1,636 square feet) and features four bedrooms:

- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm / 5’0” x 6’8”) equipped with air conditioning
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm / 4’6” x 6’2”)
- Two bedrooms each with two single beds
- Ceiling fans in all bedrooms except the queen bedroom with AC

All beds have brand new custom-made mattresses as of December 2023, crafted by the host’s father to ensure a restful sleep. For families traveling with small children or babies, please contact the host about cribs or travel beds.

The bathroom is spacious and modern. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and custom cabinets, also handmade by the host’s father. A kitchen table with four chairs provides a cozy spot for breakfast or lunch.

The living room includes a comfortable couch and a smart TV with cable. Behind sliding doors near the couch, you will find a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The green front yard offers drying lines for your convenience.
