Important Pool Information

Due to high gas costs, the pool heating is set on a timer for three hours daily. It is programmed to heat early in the day, allowing the sun to maintain warmth through the afternoon and evening. If you prefer additional heating beyond the three-hour period, an extra charge will apply.

Please note the pool is a plunge pool primarily intended for cooling off and will not reach very high temperatures.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home except for the garage and work shed.

Location and Additional Notes

Casa Siempre offers breathtaking ocean views but is set back from the beach. Access to the beach requires a 4x4 vehicle to avoid getting stuck in the sand. Driving on the beach is prohibited to protect turtle nesting areas.

The Pacific Coast beaches near Cabo are pristine but not safe for swimming due to strong currents and rip tides.

Rolling Hills is a developing community, so occasional construction noise may be heard during your stay, though it has not been an issue to date.

A pack n’ play is available for an additional daily fee if requested at least 48 hours before check-in via Airbnb messaging. Payment is required prior to arrival.

Drone use is prohibited by the homeowners association (HOA), and violations may result in fines.
