Let me start by saying that this has to be one of the best houses I have stayed at in Managua. Excellent location just a few minutes from Walmart and from galleria mall. The house is very clean and with all the amenities. Loved taking hot water showers. I would have loved a tv in the living room, And the host answered fast with any inquiries. I would definitely stay over again at this place.

The place is ok. I meant, the house is how looks in the pictures. The only issue here is the humidity and the smell. The place needs ventilation all the time. Appliances are olds and also need a clean up. The rest is great.

The sink needs to be fixed, the pipes under the sink are leaking when turned on. The front door needs to fixed because it has a slit that makes it so the light from inside leaks out to the outside. I recommended if he can put curtains or vertical blinds will have more privacy when the gardener come to clean the garden. The parking was not friendly for small cars such as sedans or coupes, it needed higher cars such as SUVs and trucks just to get onto the parking space. Only in one bedroom is there a working TV. There should be some instructions on how to use the kitchen, because gas stoves are not very common and not everyone knows. Also how to use the laundry and dryer, as gas powered appliances are not very commonly used. Front of the house needs to be washed and the garden watered as, because the house was looking run down without any maintenance.

La casa super limpia y quedaba en una buena zona en una residencial privada. La casa tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y todo estuvo super bien. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar.
