Important Notes
- Power outages are rare but possible due to the area’s ongoing development. We can contact the electric company promptly if needed. The villa is equipped with flashlights and candles for such situations.
- In support of the local environment, guests are encouraged to conserve energy and water and participate in recycling efforts. Bins for glass, plastic, aluminum, cardboard, and batteries are available on-site.

Great value for the price & the home was beautiful. However, the home could use a bit of a spruce up (appliances were a bit dated & the outdoor area could use a good cleaning). Also, the AC in the dining area was broken, so we weren’t able to enjoy that space as we would have liked to. But my biggest concern was with security. The locks on almost all of the sliding doors were broken, and because of this I didn’t get a good night’s rest for the last 2 nights after I discovered this. But otherwise the home is gorgeous, in a good location, very spacious, and clean. Bellhop was also very responsive and helpful. All things considered, if the lock issue is addressed, I’d certainly stay here again.

Un lugar muy cómodo y de fácil acceso, está a solo 12 minutos de playas muy bonitas como playa paraíso, lugares cercanos para comprar víveres, un Chedraui a 5 minutos y farmacias cercanas, sin lugar a dudas volveremos !

The communication from the host was outstanding. The rooms were just as pictured. The beds were sooo comfortable. We had an issue with the water pump as soon as we arrived so the host took us to another villa so we can shower since we had dinner reservations. The ACs in some of the rooms were not functioning because of the remote battery but that was minor. The bathroom in the second floor right above the kitchen, always had the floor flooded. The host made it ALL up. Even brought us complimentary wine bottles. Overall it was a rough start but we loved the layout, the proximity to cafes(alegría cafe was the best in terms of food and service) thank you so much to our hosts, we had an unforgettable experience for my sister’s bachelorette getaway: Tulum before the groom! Thank you, thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The home feels like a boutique hotel but all of it is yours. Love the indoor outdoor concept. It’s a little ways from the beach, but that is expected looking at the map. We rented ATVs which made it a lot easier to get around. There are still lots of restaurants and a local store that is walking distance. Beds were comfortable and place was big enough for even more guests than we had. Love this house so much! I always ask would I stay here again, absolutely! Thank you

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette villa avec nos enfants. La communication avec notre hôte était très facile, nous avons eu un petit soucis avec l'eau chaude en arrivant, il nous a envoyé quelqu'un tout de suite pour nous aider. La literie était vraiment très confortable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We truly enjoyed our stay. My family loved its architecture and amenities. It was spacious and perfect for our big group. The beds were comfortable, the house provided everything we needed. Bellhop was very proactive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. It felt safe and our stay was comfortable and fun.

I had a wonderful time on my birthday. It was an exclusive girls' trip, and Jose made the stay great. Although it rained daily, the liquid sunshine did not stop a wonderful birthday. The house is in an area where you can visit local stores and restaurants. If you’re thinking about renting here, do it!

Great place near Tulum beach. House is huge and very well designed. The pool area was definitely the spot where our family hung out. Very clean and spacious!
