Books, magazines, games, swimming pool and heated spa. The house is equipped with high quality towels and linens, bath / hand soap and beach towels. Master suite on the top level is air conditioned with a full en-suite bathroom and private terrace, 2 casitas on lower level have garden out look, king beds, lots of privacy, air conditioning and a shared bathroom. Located 40 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the town of San Jose, 10 minutes drive to several farm to table restaurants like Flora Farms, Acre and los Tamarindos. Just a 5 minute drive to the local beach and Buzzards restaurant, or a 10 -15 minute walk. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and pool. Other things to note This is a very modern home built for design and function but not children, there are several areas where there are no railings and the pool is not fenced off. Sorry no children under 8. No pets no smoking no parties. Our home has a great kitchen but not equipped for a personal chef.
