The Space
Villa Valhalla is situated above the bay, offering expansive ocean views and a spacious outdoor living area perfect for sunset dinners, family gatherings, and a peaceful private retreat. Located within the gated Pacifico community, this home features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a large island and a breakfast bar seating three. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining table for four, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends.
The living room provides ample comfortable seating for cozy movie nights and includes a stunning glass wall that frames breathtaking ocean vistas. Outside, the large veranda offers multiple seating areas and an outdoor chef’s kitchen designed for al fresco dining and entertaining.
The master bedroom is a serene sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, a television, and a private balcony. Its en-suite bathroom is spa-inspired, with a hot tub positioned by a window showcasing ocean views and an outdoor shower surrounded by lush greenery.
The second and third bedrooms each have queen-sized beds and share a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests.
Luxury linens, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided to enhance your stay.

Although we had some bumps along the way with A/C, the fridge, and the pool filter - We still had a wonderful time. You simply cannot beat the view! We were lucky enough to see howler monkeys, caito, and neighborhood raccoons/cats. The kitchen is fully stocked, the A/C works great in the bedrooms, and the outside entertaining space has everything you need. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart or rental car as it is kind of a pain to get people in and out of the Pacifico community with QR codes. The host was very responsive and prompt if we needed anything.

View and outdoor space incredible. Very secure location but this came with hassles as codes and QR codes did not always work. When we had issues Krain was quick to respond. Unfortunately last day we had men working around pool area and were not notified. We unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the outside pool area on morning of our departure. Overall a nice location and villa but too many small issues impacting our stay

Place was HUGE and had a great view. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor spaces the most. The beach club was fun and there was a nice grocery store right at the bottom of the hill. Needed to call the maintenance number a couple times as the power went out on our last night and an air conditioner was broken. Very responsive, but still an inconvenience. Outdoor tv does not work. Biggest concern was the dryer that needs to be replaced. There was tape on it and we needed to wedge objects for the door to close. For such a nice property, just buy a new dryer as being able to do laundry is a plus for this place. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful home. Was provided wrong combo for lock box with front door key. Got quock response with correct code. Propane tank for BBQ ran out. They replaced tank the day I notified them. House was very clean and comfortable.
