The Space
This property offers a secure environment surrounded by tall electric gates, providing VIP-level safety. Guests have access to in-home housekeepers who provide limited services up to 25 days per month; tips are appreciated.
The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, featuring beautiful tropical plant decor. Natural ventilation enhances comfort during the cooler season. Parking is available for up to three cars. Please avoid blocking the housekeeper’s vehicle, as they frequently purchase supplies for the home.
There are two functioning televisions, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a swimming pool. Note that the pool area is not fenced, so extra caution is advised for families with children.

The property is centrally situated, just 10 minutes from major shopping malls and restaurants. It is approximately one hour away from Jaco Beach and various local attractions, including ATV tours, ziplining, horseback riding, white-water rafting, and natural hot springs.
Additionally, hotel shuttle pick-up points are only five minutes away, providing convenient access to these activities.

Si pudiera calificar con mas estrellas lo haría. Realmente todo fue increíble, la casa, la atención, la rapidez en la respuesta, todo. La ubicación es muy buena, la casa muy limpia y además es muy hermosa. Xenia y Gerardo son los caseros, muy muy atentos y buenas personas, no molestan en absoluto y están dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea, nos sentimos muy acompañados. Volvería sin dudas.

The house is amazing, the housekeepers are so nice, they respect your privacy and they stay out of the way only to be seen if you need help. I would recommend this place 100 times over.

We liked this place so much we booked it a 2nd time after our first stay. Close to the city, but feels very private once you are inside. Gerardo and Xenia are just awesome. It was a great mix of being left to ourselves, but if we had a dumb question/needed help they were there. I think the property is larger/better than the pictures.

Evette's place was beautiful and only a few minutes from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The house was pristine with a beautiful pool, landscaping, and privacy. Gerardo and Xenia were also wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.
