Beds while cute are uncomfortable as is the family area. Kitchen does not have an oven. The grounds and pool were immaculate. Close enough to Placencia for shopping but just far enough for peace and quiet.

From the unique design, the breathtaking pool and views, to the incredible staff. The property was exclusively rented by my party for privacy and we couldn’t have been happier. Every need was anticipated and Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my birthday trip was more than I could have imagined. The pictures don’t do this property justice! Thank you from the “Swan Villa Girls” and #SneakAway2025. We will be back.

Without a doubt you must come visit this place! The photos don’t do it justice. Absolutely magical with exceptional hospitality and support from the Property Manager. Our favorite Air B&B by far, no comparison. They could easily charge twice as much. The separate entrances are connected by a closed, secure stairwell. I felt comfortable letting 2 14 year olds stay in their own room upstairs. Enjoy! 😊

Great place to stay for bigger groups or multi-couple travelers. 10 mins from many bars, beaches and restaurants. Great pool and scenic views

The house was probably one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. It felt like staying in an art piece, was private and clean. That being said, it didn't feel very homey/didn't have the greatest social space (except outside by the pool.) It also felt a little far from all the resturants and city things. These really were not huge issues, just my minor critiques. Otherwise, I would stay here again as it was plain cool!

The stay at Ocean Swan villas was great. We had a group and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Had everything we needed for a long weekend! Our only critique is around getting to and inside the property. The instructions provided to us clearly indicate to NOT take the coastal highway but this is not accurate - the highway is paved and is a quicker drive, maps will get you to the location easily. Also, we had issues getting into the unit because the lockbox codes they gave us were wrong. However! The property manager we had the phone number of was super helpful and FaceTimed us to help. Finally, the property was really cool, private and beautiful. My only comment is that the exterior doors are tricky to lock but otherwise secure. Overall a great stay!

Swan Villas looked just like the pictures! So unique and beautiful. Miriam, our host was lovely and extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Magical spot. Waking up and having coffee on the balcony, looking over the lagoon was so perfect. We took kayaks out and paddled through the mangroves and used the bikes to pedal 7 miles into Placencia village. It was perfect. The house was great for a family group (4 couples). Everyone had their own space and a common area to gather. The common living room could be a little tight when everyone was there, but we were mostly out and about. Our manager, Miriam was so helpful! She recommended places to go and helped book activities and was always super responsive. Thank you!
