Tucked away on nearly one acre of lush tropical gardens, it offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and space for your next family gathering or group escape. Just a 10-minute stroll to a pristine white sand beach, this peaceful estate is designed to let you disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most.

Depending on your group size, the house and casitas are opened to match, accommodating up to 13 guests in total.
For 6-7 people: Access to the main house and one casita.
For 8-9 people: Access to the main house and two casitas.
For 10-13 people: Full access to all units.

Your Arrival
We offer flexible arrival options:
Self Check-In: Secure lockbox for fully private access.
Personal Greeting: If available, we’re happy to meet you on arrival and provide an orientation.
Guest Access
You will have full and private access to the house, guest casitas (according to the number of guests booking), pool, grounds, and gardens. No other guests will be renting, even if you don't book all the casitas.
Other Things to Note
For groups of less than 10 people, not all of the units will be made available:
For 6-7 people: Access to the main house and one casita.
For 8-9 people: Access to the main house and two casitas.
For 10-13 people: Full access to all units.
If you require or would like more access, please increase the number of guests to get accurate pricing. Pool cleaners will come twice per week for approximately 20-30 minutes, and our gardener will be on-site for one day per week.
