Villa Ballena (House of the Whale) is located within the exclusive gated community of Pedregal, known as the most luxurious residential area in Cabo San Lucas. This elegant home offers:

The four bedrooms each feature king beds, with the fourth bedroom offering the option of either a king bed or two twin beds. Three of the bedrooms overlook the pool and/or ocean.
The upper living room, deck, and dining area provide breathtaking ocean views. The pool area includes a bar and grill, a fire pit, outdoor speakers, and an outdoor dining space.
All bedrooms are equipped with Dish Network television.

Villa Ballena offers a peaceful retreat that feels secluded yet is conveniently located less than a five-minute drive—or a short walk—to the vibrant center of Cabo San Lucas.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. Maid service is provided every other day.

This Airbnb was absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed our time in Cabo! Robert is very responsive and was able to connect us to a local concierge and shuttle driver from the airport. Perfect experience! Thank you!

Fabulous location and beautiful home. Our family stayed over thanksgiving break and had the most amazing time. The description of the home was accurate and the location was amazing. We asked a lot of questions and our host was incredibly responsive and super helpful. We had a great holiday. We recommend for large groups/families and those wanting privacy.

Villa Ballena was great! Robert and Betty were extremely responsive, Gloria made some amazing food. A bit of a hike going to and from the city, but calling Ubers was quite seamless as long as you have the front gate number on hand to be able to allow the drivers in. Absolutely beautiful view and the pool/hot tub were well maintained.

Incredible place in the gem community of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas! The house was above our expectations, the pictures don’t do it justice. Communication with the host and property manager was excellent. The views were amazing. Having access to the community’s private beach might be the best part of the stay. Highly recommend, we loved this place!

Beatiful home. Very comfortable. Pool is perfect size a very private. Great views. Very, very safe community. Only downside is security guards, very unhelpful and bad attitude.

Roberts place is AMAZING. The amount of service that's provided is outstanding. From beginning to end Robert was able to ensure that everything was taken care of. Issac, the host for the house, made our entire trip. He was able to coordinate anything we asked and it was all done so quickly. The house itself is breathtaking. The area it's in, Pedregal, is one of the most beautiful areas in Cabo. Everything about Roberts home and service is 10/10.
