Far enough away to be private and yet close enough to be in the mix. Loved the place and the Hawaiian restaurant! But beware the public road to get there is not for the faint of heart. Can't fault the resort for it at all but it is a rough ride worth mentioning to get there!

Beautiful property right by the beach. Snorkeling tours pick up from this location too. Property manager was super helpful when I had to leave early due to a family emergency. Wish I could have stayed a lot longer.

This was a great spot - close to town but quiet, great views of the ocean from the beach, ample outdoor lounging furniture. The only con was it was incredibly dusty. The walls, fan, and other tall furniture were covered in dust clumps. I emailed the concierge about the twice with photos but got no response. Other than that, we liked being based here!

It was alright but the WiFi was out most of my 8 day stay which is a nightmare as a parent who didn’t have good cell signal, this resort is far from the city and off the beaten path, you MUST get a golf cart, which would’ve been nice to know early. The bar in photos is closed for offseason, so removing that picture would be less misleading, but the space was cool, worth what I paid minus the lack of WiFi for days…

VACASA was wonderfully helpful and very accommodating when it turned out our condo was not accessible and I couldnt clumb 3 flights of stairs. They immediately found another unit for us and were gracious. Wonderful stay. However Airband B refused to assist us penalized us for canceling a reservation and claimed that because the listing mentioned the 3rd flr on the third page under additional information they were entitled to charge us double even though VACASA was willing to allow us a refund. AirB&B kept trying to drop their investigation insisting that no elevator was not their problem and we cancelled our reservation even though we were sitting on the street trying to figure out how I was going to get up 3 flights of stairs. Do not believe their rhetoric about guests with disabilities. They kept all out money and the owner who lost us didnt get paid either according to VACASA. Great place to stay, wonderful unit, In taking AirBnB to small claims for my 1000 dollars.

This studio apartment is located on the south side of San Pedro. It has a swimming pool and there is a bar over the water right at the end of the property. There is plenty of parking for your golf cart. The exterior of the building was very kept up and clean. The inside of the studio was actually more spacious than I thought. It has all the necessities you need to cook, and it came with beach towels, and bathing towel towels. The best part is the air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and the 5 gallons of freshwater they give you inside the unit. The price is amazing for what you get but just keep in mind it is a more private location on the island than some of the other resorts, but that’s what makes it so unique. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling who is looking for a good value.
