- A credit card is required at check-in along with a refundable security deposit of USD 250. This deposit covers any consumption or damages during your stay and is refundable if no issues occur, subject to resort policies.

Beautiful unit, beautiful resort, great service from all the staff. The check in was delayed but once that was resolved they went out of their way to make it a perfect holiday. We hope to return next year.

The resort, property and staff were amazing. The unit is huge, clean, and views are breathtaking, however beware that the listing check-in/check-out process can be extremely frustrating. When we arrived they could not find our reservation and this took awhile to find (annoying after a long day of travel). When they finally found it, our room wasn’t ready as previous guests requested a late check out, not really our problem or fault, but this would now put us after our scheduled check-in time that we were paying for. Same thing happened with check out, our reservation stated 12pm check out, but the front desk told us 10am. I just contacted Juan and he said this would be additional (even though I have a message from him day of saying 12pm) and my reservation stated the same, a bit of false advertising. Besides that the property is absolutely gorgeous just beware your air bnb reservation and hotel reservation probably won’t match up (if the hotel even has your reservation).

Juan’s unit at Vista Encantada is great for families and offers a wonderful pool with amazing views, as well as a nice spa and restaurants, including poolside service. We have stayed at Vista Encantada before, and the resort staff has always been very personable and provides a high level of service. Juan was excellent throughout the booking process and continued to check in with us as our arrival day approached and during our stay, always asking if there was anything else we needed. I highly recommend working with Juan if you are interested in staying at Vista Encantada or any of his other listings.

My friend and I absolutely enjoyed everything about this stay. The personalized butler service and amazing living quarters were just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The location was ideal as well, not to far away from the marina but far enough to enjoy the quiet relaxation.

Juan helped us book at Villa Encantada. He was responsive and the resort was amazing. The resort was very aware of covid, clean, sanitized regularly, great location, great staff, and overall beautiful. We were bummed to find out that the Juice Bar was not open yet but besides that, it was great. The nearby beach is nice but you cannot enter the water and is rocky (not a problem- 2 amazing beaches ~10 minute drive away).
