The Space
This beautiful villa is located within the private gated community of Villa Serena. Newly renovated in 2015, it offers a spacious and comfortable environment decorated with traditional Mexican accents. The home is ideal for couples, families, or small groups, accommodating a maximum of six guests.

- A large backyard equipped with tables, couches, loungers, a bar, a Weber gas BBQ, and an outdoor shower
- A pool (not heated) and a spacious outdoor patio area with loungers

- A newly installed, high-end water purification system ensuring safe, drinkable tap water
- Safes in each room for guest security
- Flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, all with Netflix access
- A local phone for guest use to call taxis, make reservations, or contact the manager, Carlos, for any assistance
The villa is fully furnished with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including new furniture, appliances, and premium bedding and decor updated in 2016.
If you have a larger group, there are two additional villas available within the same gated community: one with two bedrooms and a private pool, and another with six bedrooms and a private pool. Please inquire for more details.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and we've had a amazing time. The pool & grill area is so great we hardly wanted to leave. Frank was easy to communicate with and we'll definitely be back.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa is well located near stores and has great security. It was just a short Uber ride into the center. Very private location. Carlos and Renee were always quick to respond to any questions. The pool was refreshing while sunbathing.

More beautiful and awesome than the photos. Check in was a breeze, and our host was very informative and attentive when we needed input. Easily got Uber from the property and back. Love the unique architecture, lush tropical landscaping features. Especially love the master bedroom dual rain shower feature and the pools out back. The community is as serene and scenic. I will return.

What a beautiful house. The pool was larger than it seemed to be in the photos. It can be a little chilly in the morning, but warms up by noon. There is a lovely secluded private beach a short walk from the house, but we ended up spending more time at Chileno beach (10 min drive) since it has chairs & umbrellas for rent. Would definitely visit again!

Great location. Frank and his daughter, Renae, were exceptional hosts. Super helpful and friendly. Their response time was fantastic. The pool isn’t heated. We didn’t realize that until we got there. The shower water barely heated up. But otherwise a wonderful place.
