The condo is situated in Tesoro, one of the original marina resorts, making it an ideal spot for fishermen or anyone looking to be close to the action. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and Cabo nightlife. You are just steps away from catching your boat for fishing or whale watching tours, including visits to the famous Arch.
A short walk or water taxi ride will take you to a swim-friendly beach with multiple bars, restaurants, entertainment, and water activities. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the marina come to life, or unwind in the evening with the tranquil sounds of the marina and distant music across the water.
Guest Access
The condos are separate from the resort, so resort amenities are not available to condo owners or guests. If you wish to use the pool, a day pass can be purchased at the restaurant poolside:
- $70.00 USD for 4 hours, which includes drinks and two snacks
- $99.00 USD for 7 hours, which includes drinks, two snacks, and breakfast
Please note that prices are subject to change, so inquire before booking if access to the pool is part of your interest in staying at the condo.
Additionally, there is no elevator access; the condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by a flight of stairs.

Can’t go wrong with this condo if you want a great location, views, security, and plenty of space. Condo on the inside is full of Mexican charm! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here as a family of four. Hope to be back one day!

It's a great location for central activity. Cindy is great at communicating. It's a bit complicated to get in a settled, because of the guarded parking and hotel. The place is older, with things that need to be replaced like the rusty kitchen faucet and water heater that doesn't really get hot. There aren't enough dishes to actually live there as a family of four. Just some random plastic and glass cups, bowls, plates, etc. and scratched up old pots and pans. Like a yard sale mix-match of stuff. A trip to the close-by Walmart to properly stock it would help. Number one issue is the endless music coming from the restaurant and souvenir shop below. Reggae day was exceptionally challenging. - Red, Red, Whiiiine! We got sick the week we stayed there, so we got to know the condo pretty well. The music stops at night though, thankfully. If you're not stuck inside like we were, it's a good place to crash.

Place was great. Easy access and perfect location at the marina. They met us with the key as soon as we arrived to make sure had no trouble getting in. Not the fanciest place but clean and well furnished just as advertised. Host was very responsive.

The place was so spacious, clean and well equipped, in front of the marine everything was walking distance, that the price was good. Will visit again. Will Recommend it.

This condo was right at the marina and the view was beautiful. You get exactly what is posted! While there can be some improvements, it wasn't anything that extremely unpleasant.
