Sylvia was very responsive on any concerns we had! Great location! Beach is in the backyard.. Security was helpful and nice, we felt safe and comfortable! We had a great time and wonderful experience for our first time in Jaco! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place on the water. Had an issue with washer not working but they offered to do laundry. Biggest issue was it’s listed as a party place. But at 1015 pm security came and told us to be quiet. I contacted landlord and was basically told to ignore it. Then in the pool next day we over heard some of the condo owners talking bad about us a Airbnb renters. I think there needs to be better established rules so there is no surprises. Overall best place we have stayed at. View was amazing

It’s close to everything but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Everything is up scale and shows great. I will be back.
