Pros : So my bday trip overall was an amazing experience the Villa is so beautiful it looks better than the pictures there was 8 people in the house in there was more than enough room ! My concierge Huria was very helpful throughout my whole trip from making sure everything I needed was taken care of great concierge. The chef, mixologist, and massages were a great choice also. Staying in a Villa with 24hrs security we felt very safe and comfortable plus we had the same driver the whole stay also which was great but overall I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Cons: Time Management needs to be better. Make sure you pack wash clothes and bug sprays lots of it !!! And having a dust mop paper towels and more toilet paper would be a plus ! I honestly feel as though Airbnbs should’ve a linen closet we had only a sheet to cover up with the AC is very cold!

We were a Group of 8. The house is beautiful. Unfortunatly we didnt get to meet the owner during the entire stay, not even to welcome us. We were promised, that our house would be cleaned every 3 day. Wich didnt happen. They brought us 6 of 8 Towels and didnt clean or replace the beds. On the 7 day (2 cleaning day) I informed her 1 Day in advance that they should clean everything and replace atleast the towels completly. The next day when we got home, nothing was replaced or cleaned. After i complained, 2 cleaners showed up and replaced 2 of 4 beds and brought no towels. After i complained again, they showed up again and got us 8 ned towels from behind our house. The house leaks in some places and if you needed help (blocked toilet, pool light didnt work) they will tell you that you‘ll have to wait for the next day (one nobody showed up) The pool is always cold, there was almost no sun shinikg on the pool or around it. Overall the house is nice but organisation useless for the price

Moon Villa is beautiful. Looks exactly like the pictures. Check-in super easy. Meet us at the villa, no waiting and even got us early check-in. Loved the outdoor area, pool, couches, etc. Kitchen super well stocked. We had a minor ant issue which host took care of immediately. Location is fine; near to town, a bit further to beach road. In a new development with 2 gate manned entrances. Loved this house!

Moon Villa is gorgeous and just like the photos. This is our second time staying at a Soho Hotels property and we would absolutely be back. The kitchen comes with all appliances you need plus more including an air fryer, Nespresso and milk frother. We stayed as a group of 5 and it felt like the perfect amount of space (any more people would have felt cramped in the living area) The host met us at the door to assist with check in and was readily available for help us navigating the city by text. The greatest win about this location is a gated community with 24hr security which means it was safe and quite at night.

I love Laura and all the hosts!! The place is absolutely stunning - the pictures don’t do enough justice 😍😍😍😍😍… The host was super sweet, always responsive and was always willing to help us when we needed something. I’ll def recommend this airbnb to all my friends coming to Tulum and I’ll def be staying herr when I come back
