Beautiful beachfront home with private pool and hot tub The space Casa Pescadores has a spacious back patio, protected from the wind and very private with a brand new private pool, hot tub, pool bar with seats right in the water and a brand new BBQ palapa and outdoor kitchen - it´s a great spot for a little private party or to just hang out, sun bath and enjoy. Brand new kayaks: 1 single and 1 double. The living room and kitchen as well as the master bedroom have unobstructed ocean views and sliders lead directly onto the beach terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room features a large TV dish network connection. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and there are three guest bedrooms that we can either set up as twin beds or as king size depending on what you need. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned all have their own on-suite bathroom. There is wireless Internet throughout the house. The entire house is ground floor so easily accessible and even wheelchair friendly. Located in Hermosa Vista about 3 miles North of downtown Los Barriles. Guest access Check-in will be at Wolf Management Office in Los Barriles, from there one of our staff will lead you to the property to help you get settled in. Other things to note Rental includes: 30% of the propane tank per week to heat the hot tub (each 10% extra or fraction is charged at $60 USD).

## The Space

Casa Pescadores is a beautiful beachfront home featuring a spacious, wind-protected back patio that offers plenty of privacy. The patio includes a brand-new private pool, hot tub, and a pool bar with seating right in the water. Additionally, there is a newly built BBQ palapa and an outdoor kitchen, making it an ideal spot for small private gatherings or simply relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying the surroundings.

The property also provides two new kayaks: one single and one double.

The living room, kitchen, and master bedroom all offer unobstructed ocean views, with sliding doors that open directly onto the beach terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room includes a large TV with Dish Network service.

The master bedroom contains a king-size bed. There are three guest bedrooms that can be arranged either with twin beds or king-size beds based on your preference. Each of the four bedrooms is air-conditioned and has its own private bathroom.

Wireless internet is available throughout the house. The entire residence is on the ground floor, making it easily accessible and wheelchair friendly.

The home is situated in Hermosa Vista, approximately 3 miles north of downtown Los Barriles.

## Guest Access

Check-in takes place at the Wolf Management Office in Los Barriles. From there, a staff member will accompany you to the property and assist with settling in.

## Additional Information

The rental includes 30% of the propane tank per week to heat the hot tub. Any additional usage beyond this amount is charged at $60 USD per 10% or fraction thereof.
