This was a great location, excellently manicured, responsive team and a great restaurant next door. Beach is clean and well maintained. They had parking for our golf cart and were helpful for many things.

We really enjoyed it there. Everyone was so so nice. We had an issue with the AC and they fixed it right away. I highly recommend and would stay there again

Tres Coco's Resort was very nice, the people on site were fantastic. Reg at The doghouse was always pleasant in the mornings. It is a quite location with well maintained grounds. The room could of used some upgrades in the bathroom and it would of been nice to have thicker/blackout curtains in the bedroom to block the morning sunlight. Was not able to get cable on either TV but I am sure if we would of reached out this could of been resolved. Overall a nice place to stay and relax.

Tres Cocos was the perfect place to stay. From a quiet breakfast on the lanai, to local support in booking trips, to walkable restaurants. and housekeeping whenever we requested. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. Another great aspect of this place is that it is incredibly close to downtown, but just far enough away that it was always quiet and peaceful, and we could be in the center of town with a three minute golf cart ride. I highly recommend this resort!

Tres Cocos was the perfect location.It is quiet and beautiful. Our Condo was perfect The staff goes above and beyond to help you. We made many new friends that work and live here. We will be back. Special thanks to Brian, Kenny G, Nate and Thomas.

Fantastic location and beautiful grounds! Other than that, you get what you pay for. The unit has a spectacular view of the Caribbean and the reef, but inside most everything could use an update and a serious deep clean. Each unit is individually owned and so you might want to look at other options within Tres Cocos if these things are important to you. Once you relax into island mode, it's possible to let go and focus on the outdoors instead. The bed was comfortable and being in an end unit helped with keeping noise from neighbors down.

Appreciate the hospitality, tips and quick responses. Great hosts. Close to everything in town but peaceful and relaxing. Small pool and nice stretch of beach that felt like our own private oasis. We preordered some basics so we could cook a meal here and there. The kitchen had everything we needed - stove, toaster, blender. My husband enjoyed the on-site bar and restaurant. Dive shop and 303 are next door to the resort and a golf cart takes you downtown San Pedro within minutes. We'll be back!
