Location and Resort Access

Matapalo 102 is part of the Diria Resort, the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo. The condo overlooks a pristine garden area and a 10,000-square-foot free-form pool exclusively accessible to condo guests. From the resort, you have direct access to Tamarindo Beach, as well as the Diria shops and restaurants.

Please note:

• Resort facilities require guests aged 12 and older to wear a wristband.
• Prior to arrival, the concierge will request guest details, including full names and passport photos, to prepare wristbands in advance.
• Hotel amenities such as towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and gym are reserved for hotel guests only.
• Pool and beach towels, along with foldable chairs, are provided free of charge for condo guests.
