location is a little far out of town of Placencia. I knew this in advance. a car is a must. Photo are perfect representation of property. Any problems were addressed timely

This was a beautiful get away! Unbelievable scenery and views of the beautiful peninsula. Just minutes away from so many local restaurants and street vendors. Mariam was amazing with assisting with any questions, concerns and setting up excursions and a golf cart rental(10/10 recommend!) Can’t wait to return and enjoy this beautiful oasis!

Absolutely adorable place to stay! Probably my favorite styled air bnb so far. A few recommendations: The hot tub should be a hot tub, not a downstairs bathtub with jets that is shaped like a hot tub. The upstairs main window should be reflective like the door to block more light and the curtain should cover the whole window, not just the bottom half.

We stayed here at the recommendation of a friend. A beautiful location with an infinity pool overlooking the serene lagoon. The architecture is so unique and fun while still being elevated. The space and amenities so unique and the price point is extremely attractive. The in-unit spa was so appreciated after a long day of traveling. The host was attentive to our needs. We used the kayak but didn’t end up needing the bikes. There is a new sidewalk alone this part of the road that you can easily take to the airport or to nearby convenience store and restaurants. I will be telling all my friends about this place!

Swan villas was exactly what we were expecting and more! Responsive host, beautiful home, and all the necessary amenities. The view was gorgeous and the location to food and beaches was perfect. Flexible check in for travelers arriving late at night was extremely convenient for us. Would stay here again :)

What a beautifully designed place, very unique and creative. Had a great time at this place, loved waking up to the beautiful view and really enjoyed the pool. My unit was equipped with everything I needed and more!

Bijzondere villa,waar we zo weer zouden boeken. Kleinschalig,lekker rustig. Alles wat we nodig hadden,was aanwezig. Goede communicatie met Miriam en miss white 😻! Je kunt gratis gebruik maken van de kajaks en fietsen. Wij waren met de auto en die konden we makkelijk parkeren.Goede uitvalbasis voor verschillende activiteiten. Leuke dagtripjes gemaakt. Tips; Splash dive center...voor toffe snorkel trip. Cockstomb sanctuary...voor mooie jungle hikes Tuttie Frutti...het allerlekkerste ijs van Belize.
