The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room. - A personal concierge is available to you prior to and during your stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions and shop for groceries (extra charge for groceries and shopping). ## Resort and Location

Villa La Estancia is a five-star resort on Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The resort combines the amenities of a luxury property with the comfort and privacy of a private home.

Our vacation was perfect.  Jane was an awesome host.  From the moment I inquired about booking her listing until we left Cabo, She was very helpful and accommodating. She took care of our airport transportation needs.  provided us with our own concierge, little extras like coffee, dish detergent, and dish towels to make our first morning comfortable.   At the last minute our travel plans were extended and we needed another place to stay.  I called Jane, and within minutes, she was able to keep my family at the same resort within a different but equally nice villa.  I am so pleased with Jane and her assistant Ashely.  They helped make this vacation an easy and pleasurable trip.  I highly recommend using Jane as your next host.   Oh, and every room within the villa is beautiful. You are going to love love love this place!
