Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Liberia. Restaurant und Frühstück auf dem Gelände genutzt, da es bis zum nächsten Ort eine gute halbe Stunde entfernt ist. Wanderungen können vom Hotel direkt unternommen werden. Da es sehr abgelegen ist war es ruhig und sehr privat. Haben die Zeit dort genossen.

We had a great stay! I don’t think enough can be said about the landscaping - it’s amazing! Super friendly staff, clean rooms that come as advertised, and lots to do!

Calm, quiet hotel in a rural area near Rincon de La Vieja National Park. Beautiful wildlife, trail on the property, and nice rooms which promote a peaceful environment. Was great and the restaurant on site was very good as well

Just what the doctor ordered after 2 weeks on the beach. Off the beaten path, eclectic groups of travels, lovely pool side, great hike right from the Lodge. Super friendly.

Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Sauber und den Fotos entsprechend. Nettes Team und immer ansprechbar. Im Restaurant ist noch Luft nach oben.

Our stay at the lodge exceeded our expectations. It was a quiet, quaint, and peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We loved the short trail on the property that crosses a river and leads to a waterfall. The lodge is just a short drive to the national park, though the roads have quite a few potholes, glad we had a 4x4! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the restaurant had plenty of delicious options. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Très bon conseils à notre arrivée, tant pour le parc Rincón de la Vieja que pour un petit Trail qui part de l'hôtel, bien sympa (yucca trail). Accès délicat : un tout-terrain est pas mal.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer im zweiten Stock mit Hängematte und Ausblick ins Grüne. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir Papageien sehen. Auch die Dusche war toll und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Leider hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer und kurz war mal das Wasser weg, funktionierte aber relativ schnell wieder. Da das Dach wie üblich mit Wellblechen gedeckt ist, prasselte der Regen sehr laut aufs Dach. Ohne Ohropax hätten wir nicht schlafen können. Der Pool ist schön, allerdings war es bei uns zu kalt zum Baden. Das Frühstück kostet teure 17$/Person und war nichts besonderes. Die Speisekarte im Restaurant ist klar auf Touris ausgelegt, sodass wir zum Essen in den nächsten Ort gefahren sind. Die umliegenden Straßen sind in schlechtem Zustand mit vielen Schlaglöchern. Man braucht entsprechend lange bis zur Unterkunft. Dafür kann diese jedoch nichts. Wofür sie aber was kann ist die unfassbar schlechte Zufahrtsstraße auf dem eigenen Gelände.

Great room for an overnight stay, though you're quite far from amenities so hopefully the on-site restaurant works for you! Located very close to the national park, so would make a great basecamp for exploring around. We initially had no toilet paper in the room; we were able to get some from the front desk but there was no paper holder in the bathroom which was a mild irritant. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities on-site due to the unfortunate weather, but what we saw looked beautiful and well-kept.
