Días de fabulosos de descanso, en una casa llena de comodidades, lejos del ruido junto al mar de ensueño. Los colaboradores de limpieza y anfitrión, muy buenos

Casa Magica was perfect for our group trip! The house is spacious ,beautiful and relaxing, just as pictured. The pool was perfect and you're footsteps from the beach. We saw sea turtles hatching or nesting every evening. All of the staff were so nice and attentive. We had amazing chef service from Adriana and Rodrigo, they were such a lovely addition to our stay! Would love to come back!

Amazing location and plenty of space for eight adults to vacation comfortably. The staff was attentive and friendly, the concierge service was excellent, very organized and easy to communicate with. A few things to consider when you’re planning your visit, there’s no dishwasher, the grill requires charcoal and the showers water pressure is not great. Solid house in a beautiful place.

We had an amazing stay. The host staff, Marcos and Reyna were amazing. The place was alaways spotless. We had an issue with the stove and the whole stove was replaced within 24 hours. Highly recommend the chef option. Emilio Talancon and Esteban were amazing chefs, local seafood and meals were amazing. Kid friendly options. Pool and beach as advertised and kids spent about 8 hrs per day between the two. 15 min walk into town. Also restaurant about 2-3 min walk down beach.

Akumal Villas - Casa Magica was a lovely place. Small pool in the backyard, yet plenty of room for 4 kids to play in endlessly. 20 feet from the pool to the beach. I you don't mind about a half mile walk along the beach, you can get to Akumal Beach where you must pay to play, but there is better snorkeling there, along with some beach side bars and restaurants; You can also take a 10 min drive into Akumal. The house was kept very clean as well as the wonderful grounds keeper. I would like to go back.

Let me assure you that this is the house you want to stay at. Now, if your looking to party and be close to clubs and bars, then do not stay here. If your looking for a private house that sits right on the beach to relax and unwind, this is the best place I think I have ever stayed at. It is not possible for the pictures to even do this house justice. Your own pool, your own beachfront, your own house! Sunsets in the morning overlooking the water right outside your bedroom. Cleaning service daily and purified water daily (no need for water bottles) was just another perk of this house. I do recommend you rent a car if you want to travel to Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, or any excursion you might be interested in. The driving around is simple off the main road. I also recommend the Chef services. We did breakfast and dinner for 4 days. There is a perfect small restaurant walking distance from the home if you do feel like leaving for a bit, or do not feel like cooking. We will be back to this house. It was amazing!

The house is lovely. The location is great. The wifi hardly works at all so don’t expect to use it while you’re there. Could use a bit of maintenance for the price but very nice regardless.

We stayed at Casa Magica for a little over a week with extended family that included grandparents, aunts/uncles, and little ones. The house perfectly accommodated all of us, and everyone - from oldest to youngest - had an incredible time. It's exactly as pictured; beautifully furnished on the inside and wonderfully maintained on the outside. Marcos, the groundskeeper, was there every day to clean the pool, remove debris from the beach area, refresh the foot bath, etc. He speaks English and was a fantastic resource who helped us arrange massages in the cabana and local guides to drive us around the area. Raina, the housekeeper, arrived every morning with a smile and made sure the house stayed free of sand. Akumal Villas, the property management group that manages the house, was amazing and very quick to respond to all our questions. They arranged our transportation to/from Cancun airport, secured the chef services (which was INCREDIBLE - highly recommend Emilio!), and booked our tour of the Tulum Mayan ruins and Gran Cenote. Definitely took a lot of the stress of planning off our plates! Akumal is a lovely little town that is authentic and low-key compared to the much more touristy/busy areas of Tulum and Cancun. You can walk 15-20 minutes (a lovely stroll along the beach) from the house to town to eat (try Turtle Bay Cafe and Imelda's Ecocina) and shop. Jungle Fish Beach Club is just 5 minutes away from the house and next to two little lagoons that are great for little ones to play in. I can't say enough good things about our stay. It was nothing short of magical and felt like paradise on earth!
