Casa Sofia, a Gem Close to Orosi Thermal Pools!

This place is truly designed with so much love and heart. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the entire property is beautifully maintained, like a private park. The view over the valley is absolutely breathtaking. The house itself is stunning: high ceilings, lots of glass, a stylish and high-quality interior, and an amazing bathroom with a fantastic shower that makes you feel like you’re living in luxury in the middle of the rainforest. We really enjoyed the outdoor Napoleon grill. Manuel is a wonderful host who clearly puts a lot of passion into this place. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. Waking up with a direct view into the valley from the bed is unforgettable, and even the small dog added a lot of joy to our stay. The perfectly placed desk with that view would be an absolute dream for working from home. We left with so much inspiration for our future home. Thank you for this truly special stay!

Es ist eine wunderbare Liegenschaft. Die Aussicht über das Orosital ist wunderschön. Die gebuchte Massagen waren ausgesprochen super und erholsam. Diese entschädigte uns für das eher wechselhafte Wetter. Vielen Dank.

Beautiful place

Dit huis mag je echt niet missen als je naar Costa Rica komt! Het prachtige uitzicht, de ruimte, goede kwaliteit meubels, eindelijk goede pannen om mee te koken en het bed slaapt heerlijk. Wij waren hier maar 3 dagen en dat had van mij veel langer gemogen. De koffietour was geweldig en raden wij ten zeerste aan. Helaas hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt, in verband met de tijd, van de massage of pedicure. Kevin en zijn vrouw hebben ons een zeer warm welkom gegeven. Extra dank hiervoor! De weg is zeker te doen, gewoon poco a poco, beetje bij beetje ;-). Al bij al: snel boeken!!!

This house backyard mountain view is unbelievable, photos don’t do it justice. It is a mirador in itself. Best place I have stayed at in the country. House has ample space and great kitchen with gas stove. Grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away driving distance. Very quiet surroundings.

This place gets a 10 out of 10 for us! The views were breathtaking, we had everything we needed. The caretakers, Giraly & Kevin were so friendly and helpful. I locked the keys in the laundry and the fuel was empty at the rancho. Each time they were quick to help. We only struggled a bit with communication but the sentiment was always of kindness. Their son, Christian and perro , Oso, made it feel like a family affair. We highly recommend Vera’s place!

Vera's place was wonderful. We wished we had booked it for longer. Spacious and clean with a lovely view. We got breakfast one of the days and it was delicious, home cooked food.
