Ocean View 4BD Private Pool

Huge Ocean View with 4 bedrooms, large private pool and then small dipping pool on roof in BBQ area. Daily housekeeping and concierge included in the rental price, washer and dryer in unit! We are only a short 5 minute walk to Playa Vacas, or a 5 minute car ride to Manuel Antonio National Park. There are 6 beaches within 10 minutes of the house, the concierge can help you pick the one you would enjoy the most! Two full kitchens and living rooms, with super fast internet! The space This is on an awesome hill where the road goes down to a secluded beach. There is ocean view from inside most of the house, and it's a quiet area! There is an awesome restaurant about 100 yards down the road called Ronnie's Place which has the most amazing sunset in Costa Rica. We get the same sunset from the house! The road we are on connects the main Manuel Antonio/Quepos road with a private beach. You can walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes, or walk up the road about 7-8 minutes and get to the main Manuel Antonio road where there is a bus stop. The bus goes to the Manuel Antonio national park, or the town of Quepos. It's 5 minutes either direction and the bus is 1 dollar a person. Or if you have a car there is a private garage and everything is 5 minutes away! Guest access This is a private 4 bedroom house with NOTHING shared with anybody. It also has a two car garage with electric door. Other things to note It's a really cool walk down to the beach, but bring some hiking shoes as it's downhill and what goes down must come back up! :)
