The Space

This spacious property offers four bedrooms and features a large private pool, along with a smaller dipping pool located on the rooftop BBQ area. Daily housekeeping and concierge services are included in the rental price. The unit also contains a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Inside, you will find two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms, all connected by super-fast internet. Most rooms provide stunning ocean views, and the house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood.

Location

The home is perched on a beautiful hill where the road leads down to a secluded beach. It is just a short 5-minute walk to Playa Vacas and a 5-minute drive to Manuel Antonio National Park. Within a 10-minute radius, there are six different beaches to explore. The concierge is available to help you choose the beach that best suits your preferences.

Approximately 100 yards down the road is Ronnie's Place, a fantastic restaurant known for offering some of the most breathtaking sunsets in Costa Rica. The house shares the same spectacular sunset views.

The road on which the property is located connects the main Manuel Antonio/Quepos road with a private beach. You can walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes or head up the road for 7 to 8 minutes to reach the main Manuel Antonio road, where there is a bus stop. The bus travels to Manuel Antonio National Park or the town of Quepos, with a fare of just $1 per person. If you have a car, a private garage with an electric door is available, and all destinations are within a 5-minute drive.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire four-bedroom house with no shared spaces. The property also includes a two-car garage equipped with an electric door.

Other Things to Note

The walk down to the beach is enjoyable but steep, so it is recommended to wear hiking shoes. Remember, what goes down must come back up!
